Het complex ligt direct bij de ingang van het skigebied en de wandelroutes.Het appartement is op de 7e etage te vinden, zonder trap bereikbar. Er is een parkeerplaats aanwezig in de ondergrondse parkeergarage. Op het dak is een groot dakterras, waar u kunt bbq-en en zonnen.
