This is a wonderful villa sleeping 10 - 12 people built in 3 floors with 7.000m2 of land arround the 400m2 house surrounded by terraces with panoramic sea views. The outdoor area has a big swimming pool (12x6m) with wonderful and panoramic sea views. In the gardens you can find all types of vegetation: palms, pines, bougainvillea, magnolias, roses, geraniums ... There are also a built in barbecue and some terraces where you can enjoy nice meals enjoying the views. Parking.The indoor area has a big and comfortable dining room with access to a terrace, kitchen fully equipped with: fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, 4 double rooms (two of them suites and one also has a living room) and 3 bathrooms. The water in the indoor pool is at room temperature by default. It can be heated on demand, but guests must notify it at least 4 days in advance. The house has an extra suite, outside the main house, with capacity for 2 more people. This extra suite has a complete bathroom (shower) but does NOT have air conditioning. Youth groups are not allowed without any prior notice to the agency and having signed the relevant conditions. If this instruction is not observed, the agency has the full right to evict the tenants if appropriate.Please note, that extra beds are in fact inflatable mattresses. Pets: In case of traveling with pets you must notify the agency in advance as in some accommodations, pets are strongly prohibited. The extra cost is 35 €/week. Charging electric cars at the accommodation is strictly prohibited due to the potential risk of damage to the electrical installation.
