La prima si trova nella parte anteriore e la seconda nella parte posteriore con accesso dalle camere da letto e dove potrete anche sdraiarvi sul lettino e rilassarvi al sole.L'appartamento, che si trova al piano terra dell'edificio, è luminoso e moderno. Il soggiorno è dotato di aria condizionata e TV. La cucina è dotata di piano cottura in vetroceramica e dell'attrezzatura di base per cucinare. C'è anche una lavatrice, ferro e asse da stiro. La struttura dispone di 3 camere da letto con aria condizionata: una con letto matrimoniale e bagno privato con vasca; un'altra con due letti singoli; e l'ultima con un letto singolo. Un altro bagno con doccia completa la sistemazione. Inoltre se viaggi con il tuo bambino possiamo fornirti una culla e un seggiolone.L'appartamento si trova in una zona tranquilla nel comune di Alcúdia ma con tutti i servizi necessari per un soggiorno indipendente a portata di mano. La spiaggia più vicina è Sa Marina, ideale per andare con i bambini grazie alle sue acque pulite e poco profonde. Ma potrete visitare molte altre fantastiche spiagge come Port de Pollença, Port d'Alcúdia o Platges de Muro in auto o in autobus, poiché c'è una fermata molto vicino all'alloggio. De woonkamer is uitgerust met AC en tv-toestellen. De keuken heeft een keramische kookplaat en de basisuitrusting om te koken. Er is ook een wasmachine, strijkijzer en strijkplank. De accommodatie heeft 3 slaapkamers met airconditioning: één met een tweepersoonsbed en een en-suite badkamer met ligbad; een andere met twee eenpersoonsbedden; en de laatste met een eenpersoonsbed. Nog een badkamer met douche maakt de accommodatie compleet.
