- De inchecktijd is vanaf 16:00 uur en de uitchecktijd is tot 10:00 uur.
- De eigenaar trakteert u op een typisch Mallorcaans dessert en een fles wijn.
- Er is buiten parkeergelegenheid voor 4 auto's.
- Huisdieren zijn niet toegestaan.
- Het houden van evenementen is verboden.
- Raadpleeg de adverteerder voor eventuele kosten.
- Het brandhout voor de barbecue is beschikbaar en gratis.
- Er is een verplichte toeristenbelasting op de Balearen, genaamd Ecotasa. Alle gasten, behalve mensen onder de 16 jaar, moeten deze belasting betalen. Het bedrag varieert tussen 0,55€/nacht en gast in het laagseizoen en 2,2€/nacht en gast in het hoogseizoen. De belasting wordt gehalveerd vanaf de 9e dag van uw verblijf.
