Vous entrez dans la spacieuse cuisine-salle à manger (25 m2), qui communique avec une autre grande pièce en bas (également 25 m2) qui pourrait servir de chambre ou de salle à manger dédiée. Des escaliers mènent à un couloir reliant une chambre double (16 m²), un salon lumineux (20 m²) avec balcon et vue sur la campagne, et à la grande salle de douche avec WC.
