With a relaxing atmosphere, and just a 5-minute drive from some of the best beaches in the region, Villa Bermudas will undoubtedly be an excellent choice for your vacation. The property has 4 bedrooms: 1 master bedroom (1 en-suite) and 3 bedrooms with two single beds, as well as 4 bathrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and built-in wardrobes. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, toaster, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, refrigerator, dishwasher, and all the necessary utensils for home cooking. It also has a washing machine, ironing board, and iron. This property has two spacious and comfortable living rooms, both with comfortable sofas and a TV, as well as two dining rooms, with plenty of space to sit and relax, TV with national and international channels, and direct access to the pool and barbecue area. Here you can enjoy your meals outdoors, gathering family and friends and relax in the sun by the incredible private pool (pool heating is an optional extra). In the outdoor area, you will find a traditional barbecue, perfect for grilling and preparing delicious meals. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. The property is located in the quiet residential area of Quinta da Balaia, a short distance from the center of Albufeira, Rua dos Bares, Praia da Oura, Santa Eulália, and Olhos de Água, as well as a variety of excellent beaches, shops, restaurants, and water sports, and several golf courses. This stunning villa is ideal for those seeking a relaxing getaway, away from the busy tourist centers, but also within a short distance of all the amenities and beautiful beaches of the Algarve. Car rental is recommended, and if you are interested, we can assist you with your request. If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not match the property\'s changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking, so we can confirm if your dates can be accepted. Heating the pool will always be an added value for your vacation, especially when traveling with children. The water temperature when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5°C and 8°C higher than if there was no pool heating.
