However, it is outside that the biggest surprise of this rural tourism is found: a small and peculiar marina on top of a hill that houses the sailboat that gives the enterprise its name. The sailboat is by a famous Nordic architect, Colin Archer, and is already 52 years old.
Another differentiating aspect is the saltwater pool, which has benches literally in the water.

No Monte do Carmo, vão encontrar 10 bungalows de madeira, semelhantes aos modelos nórdicos, pensados para duas pessoas e enquadrados por um edifício principal de arquitetura singular com as tais influências náuticas.
