In a typical Provençal village, here is a stone village house probably dating from the 18th century comprising on the ground floor: a living room with kitchen area, a pantry, a toilet. From this room there is access to the terrace with views of the old hilltop village and the surrounding nature. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms with cupboards, a bathroom, a toilet. All windows have double glazing, mosquito nets, roller shutters. The house is equipped with a heat pump with integrated water heater but there is a chimney to install a stove if you feel like it, wood or pellets. As the water is quite hard, a water softener has been installed. There are no shops in the village, only a small market is set up once a week in front of the town hall. The house is on the side of the road with little traffic. Once in the house, no noise and also not on the terrace. 7 km away is the Peipin shopping centre with many shops around. At 13 kms, SISTERON if you want more entertainment. The entrance to the A51 motorway is 10 minutes away, the TGV station is approximately 1h30. The same goes for Marseille-Marignane airport. There are no shops in the village, except for a bar-restaurant that organises evenings in the summer. For children, kindergarten and primary school in the village. For middle school students, a school bus. This property is presented to you by Françoise Fouque, your independent advisor Dr House Immo.
