View more View less Die Anlage und die Umgebung: Zwischen 1999 und 2001 wurde ein neuer Ortsteil gebaut fuer ständige Bewohnung, jedoch mit mehreren schönen Pools, in einem sehr individuellen architektonischen Stil. Die Lage ist ruhig aber zentral, auf nur 800 m Abstand vom See und von den Altstadtmauern von Lazise, zu Fuss in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Jede Wohneinheit hat seine eigene Garage oder Parkplatz. Weil die Ferienwohnungen in verschiedenen Teilen der Anlage liegen und deswegen nicht alle dasselbe Schwimmbad benutzen, sind diese Wohnungen nicht geeignet für Grossfamilien und Jugendgruppen. Trotz der Grösse also eine ruhige Anlage. Im Dorf (Lazise) gibt es mehrere Geschäfte, Restaurants und Pizzerias. Das Zentrum ist 5 Minuten entfernt (zu Fuß). Gardaland (der größte Vergnügungspark Italiens) ist weniger als 10 Autominuten entfernt. Verona ist 30 Minuten entfernt, Venedig 1,5 Stunden und Mailand 1 Stunde 45 Minuten. Hinweis: Das Schwimmbad darf mann nicht brauchen zwischen 13.00 und 15.00 Uhr. Die Zutritt zum Schwimmbad ist nur erlaubt wenn mann eine Badekappe tragt. Dit knusse appartement heeft geen slaapkamer, maar biedt toch een comfortabele slaapplek voor 3 personen. Ideaal voor een stel of klein gezin. Bij het complex zitten verschillende zwembaden. Het complex is gunstig gelegen. Zo is het maar 800 m naar het Gardameer en ook het stadscentrum is op loopafstand. Met een paar minuten loop je tegen de oude stadsmuur van Lazise aan. Hierbinnen is het historische stadscentrum wat erg aangenaam is omdat er vrijwel geen auto te vinden is. Als je wat grotere steden wilt bezoeken is dit appartement zeer geschikt. Verona is namelijk maar 30 minuten rijden. Maar ook de bekende steden Venetië (1,5 uur rijden) en Milaan (1 uur en 45 minuten rijden) zijn goed te doen vanaf hier. Het appartement heeft een eigen balkon met tuinstoelen, en misschien wel het belangrijkste: er is airconditioning! De dichtstbijzijnde mogelijkheid voor openbaar vervoer is op 500 m van de woning.
