In the vicinity of the villa there are many other interesting places to visit, such as the Krka National Park, Kornati and Paklenica, and the beautiful Mediterranean cities of Sibenik and Zadar. The nearest beach is 12 km away from the villa. Villa has 4 bedrooms with double beds; two rooms on the ground floor have their own bathrooms, while two rooms on the first floor share a bathroom. Also, in one room on the first floor there is a free-standing bathtub. Both rooms upstairs have a separate balcony. On the ground floor there is a kitchen and a large living room, as well as a toilet and a laundry room. Every room in the villa has air conditioning. Also, free Wi-Fi and satellite TV are available in the villa. In the yard there is a 32m2 pool with 6 deckchairs. In the yard there is also a barbecue, badminton, trampoline, table tennis and swings. The yard is fenced and has a private parking lot. Pets are allowed.

Die modern und luxuriös eingerichtete Villa befindet sich in einem kleinen Dorf namens Radašinovci, in der Nähe des Naturparks Vrana-See. Im Dorf leben nur 200 Menschen und die Villa selbst liegt am Rande des Dorfes, in ruhiger Lage, umgeben von Hügeln. In der Nähe der Villa gibt es viele weitere interessante Orte zu besuchen, wie den Krka-Nationalpark, Kornati und Paklenica sowie die wunderschönen mediterranen Städte Sibenik und Zadar. Der nächste Strand ist 12 km von der Villa entfernt. Die Villa verfügt über 4 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten; Zwei Zimmer im Erdgeschoss verfügen über ein eigenes Badezimmer, während sich zwei Zimmer im ersten Stock ein gemeinsames Badezimmer teilen. Außerdem gibt es in einem Raum im ersten Stock eine freistehende Badewanne. Beide Zimmer im Obergeschoss verfügen über einen separaten Balkon.
