From the kitchen, with small dining table, there is access to large dining / living room with wood burning stove and on to a double bedroom. The distribution corridor leads to the bathroom with shower and toilet. From here the stairs go up to two smaller bedrooms with two single beds and a large bedroom with double bed and good closet space. From the master bedroom there is a nice view to the small harbor and the sea. From the utility room there is access to a large and beautiful terrace with evening sun, large garden with fruit trees and space for ball games. The garden ends at the small stream that runs through the town. There is carport for two cars. Not for rent to youth groups. Essecke, Holzofen, WLAN und deutschen Sendern zur Auswahl im TV. Im Anschluss daran liegt ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett. Der Flur führt weiter zum Badezummer mit Dusche/WC. Im Flur gibt es auch eine Treppe in die obere Etage, wo sich zwei kleinere Schlafzimmer mit je zwei Einzelbetten sowie ein größeres Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und Stauraum befinden. Vom größeren Schlafzimmer hat man schönen Ausblick zum kleinen Hafen und das Meer. Vom Hauswirtschaftsraum aus haben Sie Zugang zu einer großen und schönen Terrasse mit Abendsonne und weiter zum großen Rasengrundstück mit einigen Obstbäumen und Platz für Ballspiele. Der Garten endet am kleinen Bach, der durch die Stadt fließt. Es gibt einen Carport für zwei Autos. Keine Vermietung an Jugend- oder Handwerkergruppen erwünscht! En la planta baja se accede desde el lavadero con lavadora a la cocina y acogedor salón con sofá y TV. Desde la cocina, con una pequeña mesa de comedor, se accede al gran salón / comedor con estufa de leña ya un dormitorio doble. El pasillo de distribución conduce al baño con ducha y WC. Desde aquí, las escaleras suben a dos dormitorios más pequeños con dos camas individuales y un dormitorio grande con cama doble y buen espacio de guardarropas. Da qui le scale salgono a due camere da letto più piccole con due letti singoli e una grande camera con letto matrimoniale e un buon armadio. Dalla camera da letto principale c'è una bella vista sul porticciolo e sul mare. Dal ripostiglio si accede ad un ampio e bellissimo terrazzo con sole serale, ampio giardino con alberi da frutto e spazio per giochi con la palla. Il giardino termina al piccolo ruscello che attraversa il paese. C'è un posto auto coperto per due auto. Non in affitto a gruppi di giovani.
