Das traditionelle Gehöft Värmlandsgård, erbaut im 19. Jahrhundert, bietet gleichzeitig viel Raum und eine gute Portion Wohnkultur an ein und demselbem Ort. Die Wohnfläche von 200 m2 Größe sowie das weitläufige Naturgrundstück mit einer Fläche von etwa 20.000 m2 gewähren ausreichend Platz für bis zu acht Personen. Sie wohnen hier auf dem Lande, umgeben von viel Natur und ganz für sich, ohne direkte Nachbarschaft. Auf dem 2005 sanierten Hof stehen vier Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt acht Schlafplätzen und zudem ein Bad mit Dusche/WC zur Verfügung. Zusätzlich gibt es eine extra Toilette in nostalgischer Form eines traditionellen Plumpsklos, aber dennoch modern in der Handhabung. Mit einem traditionellen, gusseisernen Holzherd in der Küche sowie zwei weiteren Holzöfen als Wärmequelle im Haus, als Ergänzung zur regulären Heizung, kann diese Unterkunft auch in der kühleren Jahreszeit genutzt werden. Brennholz ist zudem im Mietpreis enthalten. Kleiner dennoch effizienter Warmwasserbereiter (nur ca. 50 Liter) im Haus! Das gesamte Anwesen verströmt nostalgischen Charme und erinnert an längst vergangene Zeiten. Diverse Details unterstreichen die lange Geschichte und das besondere Ambiente der historischen Räumlichkeiten. Draußen in der reizvollen Landschaft der Region Värmland steht eine überdachte Terrassenfläche zur Verfügung, als Teil des ehemaligen Lagerhauses angelegt.
