There is a spacious bathroom, bedroom and open, well-functioning kitchen / living room with good wood stove and heat pump and a Smart TV for the cozy evenings if the weather is bad. From the living room of the house there is access to an enclosed patio with a heated annex. In front of the house is a cozy, covered terrace with heat lamp, where you can gather for a barbecue dinner or enjoy a glass of wine or a cup of coffee while the sun goes down over the sparkling North Sea. There is an outdoor shower, which is completely secluded, and its own path to the water. From the bench by the house there is a sea view and a beautiful view of Løkken town. Sandbox for the kids. The house is located down in a dune only approx. 25 m from the beautiful sandy beach and still close to the center of Løkken, which is known for the characteristic white beach houses and the large pier. Sie wohnen hier in den Dünen und zugleich nur etwa 25 m vom großartigen Sandstrand entfernt! Das Ferienhaus ist sehr einladend und hell, in typisch nordischem Stil eingerichtet. Sie verfügen über ein geräumiges Badezimmer, ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett sowie über einen offenen Küchen-/Wohnbereich für das Familienleben, inklusive energieeffizienter Wärmepumpe und Holzofen für kühlere Abende. Zur technischen Ausstattung gehören Smart-TV und Bluetooth. Gusto-Kaffeemaschine (für Kapseln) im Haus. Vom Wohnzimmer aus hat man Zugang zur einer überdachten, windgeschützten Terrasse und weiter zum beheizbaren Annex im Anschluss daran, das zwei Schlafplätze hat. Zudem liegt an der anderen Hausseite eine offene, teils abgeschirmte Terrasse mit Heizstrahler, die sich z.B. für Grillabende anbietet. Im Außenbereich wurde zudem eine praktische und gut abgeschirmte Außendusche für das kurze Abspülen nach dem Bad in der Nordsee installiert. Ein kleiner Trampelpfad führt direkt vom Dünengrundstück hinunter ans Wasser. Oberhalb des Hauses wurde ein Sitzplatz mit herrlichem Meerblick geschaffen. Außerdem Sandkasten für die Kinder am Haus.
