Ceranfeldherd und eingebautem Herd, die offen in den Wohnbereich mit Essecke am Fenster integriert ist. Außerdem vier Schlafzimmer sowie Hems unter dem Dach. Es gibt zwei Bäder im Haus, eines davon mit Whirlpool. Der Freizeitraum sorgt für Zeitvertreib, auch an kühleren Tagen. Energieeffiziente Wärmepumpe zur Reduzierung des Stromverbrauchs und damit der Nebenkosten. Zudem Holzofen für wohlige Wärme im ganzen Haus.
