We welcome you to this solid holiday home, located just next to one of the most beautiful lakes in Skåne. The holiday home has a bunk bed where the lower bed is 130cm wide. You can admire the beautiful view over the lake of Finjasjön from both the garden and the living room windows. Outside the holiday home is a conservatory located, equipped with underfloor heating and outdoor furniture. You will have access to a fish smoker which you can use to cook your freshly caught fishes. The house has been uppdated with a new shower, new heating pump and new radiators. The holiday home is situated on the owners plot, but you will have a private garden. It is a 25km long hiking trail located down by the lake of Finjasjön. Finjasjön has a rich fish life and you can rent a boat if you would like to try your fishing luck. The price for renting a boat/ canoe is 200 SEK/day. (The catalog price for boat/ canoe is an estimated weekly price) A trip to Skånes zoo may be appreciated by the younger in the company, located north of Höör. There is an indoor swimming pool located in Hässleholm along with outdoor life activities and shopping. The castle of Hovdala and its beautiful park is truly worth a visit.

Unweit des Ufers einer der reizvollsten Seen in der ganzen Region Skåne, steht dieses gemütliche Ferienhaus. Es bietet von Wohnraum und Garten einen wunderbaren Blick hinunter zum See Finjasjön! Das Ferienhaus wurde auf dem Grundstück des Eigentümers erbaut, es steht jedoch ein privater Gartenteil zur Verfügung. Zudem gibt es vor dem Eingang zum Haus einen Wintergarten mit Fußbodenheizung und Sitzgelegenheiten. Im SZ mit Etagenbett (2K) ist die untere Koje 130 cm breit, die obere Koje normal breit. Zugang zu Waschmaschine/Wäschetrockner beim Eigentümer. Das Haus wurde 2022 modernisiert mit einer neuen Duschkabine, einer Wärmepumpe und neuen Heizkörpern. Ein etwa 25 km langer Wanderpfad führt unten am Seeufer entlang. Der Finjasjön gilt als fischreich und Sie können mit einem gemieteten Boot auf Fischfang gehen. Boot/Kanu auch tageweise für je SEK 200,- mietbar. Der angegebene Wochenpreis ist geschätzt/unverbindlich. Den frischen Fang des Tages kann man anschl. im großen Räucherofen mit Thermometer über speziellem Brennholz räuchern lassen. Machen Sie einen Familienausflug zum Tierpark Skånes Djurpark, nördlich von Höör. Kristianstad bietet Schwimmbad und gute Shoppingmöglichkeiten im hübschen Stadtzentrum. Hier finden im Sommer zudem die sogenannten Kristianstadstage mit vielen Veranstaltungen statt. Zwischen Hässleholm und Kristianstad liegt Ignaberga, bekannt für seinen Reichtum an Fossilien. Das Schloss Hovdala Slott ist mit seinem schönen Park ebenfalls einen Abstecher wert.
