The rest of the cottage is empty so you will have privacy and you will have the garden to yourselves. It's located a mere 30 metres from the sea and includes a large, furnished terrace from which you can admire the delightful view of Tångenrännan with it's little angler's houses. It's a 200 metre walk from the cottage to the lovely bathing spot Tången, with it's cliffs and sandy beach. You will also find little bridges leading to other islands. Kungshamn and Smögen offer an array of activities such as charter boating, fishing, swimming, and the beautiful wildlife park Nordens Ark, a park with endangered animal species. Or why not visit the indoor swimming pool and spa Tumlaren? Golfers will enjoy Sotenäs Golfklubb. Sotenäs has a top notch 27-hole golfing course. Kleine, hell und freundlich eingerichtete Unterkunft mit maritimer Note. Liegt erhöht in Hanglage, mitten im Ferienort Kungshamn und im Souterrain eines Wohnhauses. Nur 30 m zum Meer und 200 m zum attraktiven Strand mit Sand und Felsen. Schöne Holzveranda davor, mit Sitzgelegenheiten und Blick über die Dächer der Bootshäuser bis zum Wasser. Bequeme Schlafcouch (1L) und nur Couchtisch, kein Küchentisch vorhanden. Sie wohnen hier allein und müssen sich das Grundstück nicht mit dem Eigentümer teilen. Längere Steintreppe hinauf zum Haus. Parkplatz etwa 50 m entfernt. Genießen Sie die herrliche Lage, ganz nahe der Küste!
¡Muy bien situado con vistas al mar en la hermosa Fisketången! Situado en el centro de Kungshamn, a poca distancia de las actividades que se ofrecen durante la temporada de verano. Habitación pequeña pero acogedora con cocina triple en la planta baja de una típica cabaña de pescadores. Aquí vive a 30 metros del mar con una gran terraza y muebles de exterior, así como hermosas vistas de los cobertizos para botes y Tångenrännan. A sólo 200 metros a pie se encuentra la bonita zona de baño de Tången con rocas y playa de arena. Allí también puede ir a un par de islas cercanas a través de una pasarela. La casa está ubicada en lo alto de la montaña y hay una larga escalera de piedra. La cama supletoria está en un cómodo sofá cama. Hay una mesa de café en lugar de una mesa de cocina. Très bien situé avec vue sur la mer sur la belle Fisketången ! Situé au centre de Kungshamn à distance de marche des activités proposées pendant la saison estivale. Chambre petite mais confortable avec triple cuisine au rez-de-chaussée d'une maison de pêcheur typique. Ici, vous vivez à 30 mètres de la mer avec une grande terrasse et des meubles de jardin ainsi que de belles vues sur les hangars à bateaux et Tångenrännan. À seulement 200 mètres à pied se trouve la belle zone de baignade de Tången avec ses rochers et sa plage de sable. Là, vous pouvez également vous rendre sur quelques îles voisines via une passerelle. La maison est située en haut de la montagne et il y a un long escalier en pierre. Le lit d'appoint se trouve dans un canapé-lit confortable. Il y a une table basse au lieu d'une table de cuisine. Vous habitez vous-même la maison et ne partagez donc pas le terrain avec le propriétaire. Bienvenue dans un endroit merveilleux près de la mer et de la baignade!

Piccola ma accogliente camera con tripla cucina al piano terra di una tipica casetta di pescatori. Qui vivi a 30 metri dal mare con una grande terrazza e mobili da giardino e una splendida vista sulle rimesse per barche e Tångenrännan. A soli 200 metri a piedi si trova la bella zona balneare di Tången con rocce e spiaggia sabbiosa. Lì puoi anche andare su un paio di isole vicine tramite una passerella. La casa si trova in alto sulla montagna e lassù c'è una lunga scalinata in pietra. Il letto aggiuntivo è in un comodo divano letto. C'è un tavolino da caffè invece di un tavolo da cucina. Vivi tu stesso in casa e quindi non condividi la terra con il proprietario. Benvenuti in una splendida posizione vicino al mare e al nuoto!

Wysoko położony z widokiem na morze na pięknym Fisketången! Centralnie położony w Kungshamn, w odległości spaceru od atrakcji oferowanych w sezonie letnim.
