Cozy cottage with adjacent guest cottage in Dingelvik - Dals Långed with room for many guests. The cottage is located secluded but centrally in scenic Dalsland with close proximity to everything you could need for a wonderful holiday. You are welcomed directly into the kitchen through the cottage's entrance door, the cottage has an open floor plan where the kitchen and living room are one, there is a kitchen table with four chairs and a comfortable sofa where you can watch TV, or just snuggle in front of the fireplace, you continue into the cottage there is a small hall leading to the two bedrooms and the bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine, one bedroom has two single beds and in the other there is a double bed and TV, a door in the hall leads out to a large lovely terrace with outdoor furniture where you can socialize and grill well. Around the house there are large areas of lawn to run and play on, there is also a swing set. Just two kilometers away you will find Dalsland's Activities and Munkvillan's popular bathing spot by Lake Iväg. Munkvillan is a nice family-friendly bathing spot just south of Steneby church, here are cliffs, jetty sandy beach, changing cabin, toilet and a large lawn with seating and table. Dalslands Activities is one of Europe's largest facilities when it comes to adventures in forests and land, here is a cozy café and a reputable restaurant that always uses local ingredients. Enjoy the wonderful spring or summer, many small lakes with bathing places that are nearby, paddle, fish, golf, bike, hike, go canal boat, pedal dressage, art hiking, experience moose safari. Autumn in Dalsland is incredibly beautiful with all the colors of the trees, and with the forest next to the house you can go out and look for mushrooms or just enjoy wonderful forest walks. It is said that Dalsland is Sweden in miniature, the distances between the towns are short and the communications good so everything is easy to reach. For those interested in fishing, there are many opportunities close by. Exclusive trout fishing in Höljerudsforsarna, between Bengtsbrohöljen and Laxsjön there are three rapids. The Höljerud rapids consist of the upper rapids, an approximately 250 meter long rapids section with a fall height of 6 meters and the lower smaller rapids with a fall height of approximately 2 meters. Here you can fish for trout and streamers, which the rapids are best known for. Laxsjön is a lake with relatively clear and cold water. The lake has a natural trout stock and every year trout are caught in weights up to 7 kg. The pike and perch reach high weights in Laxsjön. Largest pike of 15.1 kg and perch of 2.4 kg. Good ice fishing for coarse perch. Fish species: perch, pike, roach, bream, tench, whitefish, vendace, coyote, lake and trout. NOTE! Catch & Release on all trout regardless of size. For pike, fish between 50 and 80 cm may be caught. Nearest launching ramp Billingsfors Marina. Ivägssjön is a good sport fishing lake, where there is plenty of perch and pike and a small strain of trout. Fishing licenses can be purchased at the tourist office / internet. With a short drive you will find, among other things, Baldersnäs' traditional Manor where there is Café Allé and restaurant Öjentorp's kitchen where you work with local ingredients and producers. Dalsland's Moose Ranch explores the moose in their natural environment. Rosellmagasinet is an old magazine which is considered Bengtsfors' oldest building, with Lelången's water gurgling under the bridge, you can enjoy a well-prepared menu.
