A few kilometers from Henån on Orust, with proximity to salty baths and various activities, this nice cottage is beautifully nestled by both forest and mountains. Badviken and the glitter of the sea can be seen both from parts of the plot and indoors. Here you can sit and enjoy the view in cozy wicker chairs or by the wood stove in the evenings. The cottage is on two levels. There is a large combined living room with dining area and cozy corner with wicker chairs with views. A door that you can open to have a cup of coffee on the stairs leading out to the plot. The crackling wood stove heats up and the cosiness factor is high, there is also a trampoline for the kids. At the dining area is a small kitchen with access to the terrace. If you have pets and want the door open, the door can be opened in half so no animal comes out (see picture from the kitchen). Two of the bedrooms are on the lower level and in the first room there are two single beds and a junior bed. In the second bedroom there is a single bed and sink for hand hygiene. Via a narrower and somewhat steep staircase up to the upper floor you reach the third bedroom. There are two more beds. All beds are 80cm wide except the Junior bed which is 70 cm suitable for 3-10 year olds. There is a gate on the second floor that can be closed so you do not fall down. The cottage can accommodate a maximum of 5 adults + 1 Junior. In a separate building next to the cottage is the "shed" which is furnished with an incinerator and sink. There is also a shower with separate entrance from each other. The area near the cottage is hilly and the cottage has a small lawn, garden furniture and barbecue. On the short side of the cottage there is a table with benches. The cottage is adjacent to Road 160. You have no neighbors and the plot is protected from view. Here you live close to both the sea, restaurants, entertainment and shopping. Uddevalla is only a couple of miles away and here is also Torp Shopping Center. Welcome to enjoy and cuddle! Das Wasser ist so nahe, dass man es sogar von Teilen des Grundstücks und von einigen Zimmern aus erahnen kann. Hier können Sie in gemütlichen Korbsesseln oder abends am Holzofen sitzen und die Aussicht genießen. Auf dem Grundstück steht auch einen Trampolin. Das Ferienhaus bietet zwei Wohnebenen. Es gibt ein großes kombiniertes Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich und gemütlicher Sitzecke mit Korbsesseln sowie Zugang zur Treppe zum Grundstück. Der Kaminofen sorgt zudem bei Bedarf für gemütliche Wärme. Im Anschluss an den Essbereich findet man eine kleine Küche mit Zugang zur Terrasse. Wenn Sie Haustiere haben und die Tür öffnen möchten, kann die Tür halb geöffnet werden, damit kein Vierbeiner entweicht (siehe Foto aus der Küche). Zwei der Schlafzimmer befinden sich auf der unteren Ebene; eines mit zwei Einzelbetten und ein Juniorbett, das zweite mit Einzelbett und Waschbecken. Über eine schmale, etwas steile Treppe gelangt man hinauf ins Dachgeschoss, in dem sich das dritte Schlafzimmer mit zwei weiteren Betten befindet. Alle Betten sind 80 cm breit, mit Ausnahme des Juniorbetts, das 70 cm breit ist und so nur für 3 bis etwa 10-Jährige Kinder geeignet ist. Schutzgitter an der Treppe oben. Das Ferienhaus bietet Platz für maximal 5 Erwachsene + 1 Kind unter 10 Jahre. In einem separaten, kleineren Gebäude nebenan auf dem Grundstück findet man die Trenntoilette sowie ein Waschbecken. Dort gibt es zudem eine separate Dusche mit eigenem Eingang. Das Gebiet in der Nähe des Ferienhauses ist hügelig und das Ferienhaus verfügt über eine kleine Liegewiese, Gartenmöbel und einen Grill. An der Giebelseite des Hauses befindet sich ein Tisch mit Bänken. Das Ferienhaus grenzt an die Straße 160. Sie haben keine Nachbarn und das Grundstück ist vor Blicken geschützt. Hier wohnen Sie in der Nähe von Meer, Restaurants, Unterhaltung und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Uddevalla ist nur ein paar Meilen entfernt, zudem liegt das EKZ Torp Köpcentrum in Reichweite.
