The town of Fristad has many beautiful and scenic areas. The opportunities for a rich outdoor life are good with swimming, fishing, hiking trails and boat trips etc. Around Fristad there are lush forests with trampled paths, walking areas and exercise tracks. Feel free to take a trip to the nature reserve Vänga bog and the nearby mill café in Vänga. Perfect for a nice summer walk with a good coffee or dinner.
