In the basement with entrance from the outside there is a washing machine that is combined with dryer. In the spacious annex located about 15 meters from the house there are two beds, a cozy cast iron stove and another bathroom. On the terrace that encloses the house facing the lake, there is comfortable outdoor furniture and a large brick barbecue. If you want to take a dip in the lake, there is a small cabin available where you can both change and jump in the lake from the steps. For those interested in fishing, fishing is allowed in the lake when you are a guest at the manor, other lakes require a fishing license. In einem Teil des Wohnzimmers befindet sich eine gemütliche Sofagruppe, auf der Sie sitzen und den fantastischen Seeblick genießen können. Der See ist von einem wunderschönen Waldstück umgeben. Für kühlere Tage oder als Gemütlichkeitsfaktor steht ein alter, gusseiserner Ofen im Haus bereit, der wohlige Wärme verbreiten kann. Außerdem gibt es zwei Schlafzimmer; eines mit einem Doppelbett, das andere mit zwei getrennten Einzelbetten, die wahlweise als Doppelbett gestellt werden können. Kinderbett auf Anfrage möglich. Das Bad ist hell und modern, mit separater Toilette mit Waschbecken und einem Duschbad nebenan. Im Keller, mit Zugang von außen, befindet sich ein praktischer, kombinierter Waschtrockner.
