A wonderful coastal house with beautiful details and sea view in many directions, located in the lovely town of Åskloster, about 14 km north of Varberg. Plenty of space both inside and outside with several terraces from where you can enjoy the surroundings. At a height in the garden there is a small wooden deck, perfect to sit and enjoy a cup of freshly brewed coffee in quiet and peace while overlooking the sea. NOTE: Information about garbage disposal is available in the house. This holiday home is light and airy, with a beautifully decorated conservatory by the kitchen. The spacious dining area offers you to gather and have a good meal together and socialize regardless of the weather. There is a TV that is used as a screen if you for example wish to plug in your computer, but there are no channels. In the living room you have a cozy wood burning stove which gives a pleasant atmosphere during the more chilly and rainy days. The bedrooms are three in a row in a stair with duplex. In total there are four bedrooms, the first one is slightly larger and located on the lower level with own entrance. The kitchen has its own exit to a smaller patio, perfect for a nice summer breakfast. Please note that this is an older house and therefore the floor may be drafty. The elements are not to be used, but there is an air heat pump. The house is mainly suitable for stays during the warmer months, i.e. around April-October, since it is not heated when not in use and it can take around 2 hours to heat up with the air heat pump and the stove. Therefore, you have to think about arriving in good time so that you have time to warm it up before the night. The holiday home is located at the end of a street, so here is no transit traffic, it is a calm and quiet area. Welcome to a lovely holiday home in gorgeous settings on the west coast! Situado en la bonita Åskloster, a unos 14 km al norte de Varberg. Mucho espacio tanto en el interior como en el exterior con balcones en varias direcciones diferentes. ¡Luminoso y aireado! Hay una pequeña terraza de madera adicional en una colina en el jardín donde puede sentarse y disfrutar de una taza de café en paz y tranquilidad con vistas al mar. Conservatorio acristalado bellamente decorado en las proximidades de la cocina con un gran comedor donde pueden reunirse y disfrutar de una buena comida juntos y socializar sin importar el clima. En la sala de estar hay una estufa de leña para una mayor comodidad por la noche en los días de lluvia. Los dormitorios son tres en fila en una escalera con piso. C'è un piccolo ponte di legno extra su una collina nel giardino dove puoi sederti e goderti una tazza di caffè in pace e tranquillità con vista sul mare. Veranda vetrata splendidamente decorata in prossimità della cucina con un'ampia zona pranzo dove è possibile riunirsi e consumare un buon pasto insieme e socializzare indipendentemente dal tempo. Nel soggiorno c'è una stufa a legna per l'intimità serale extra nei giorni di pioggia. Le camere da letto sono tre di fila su una scala con un piano. In totale qui ci sono quattro camere da letto, la prima delle quali è leggermente più grande e si trova al piano terra con ingresso indipendente. La cucina ha la propria uscita su un piccolo patio, perfetto per una bella colazione estiva. La casa si trova in fondo a una strada quindi non trafficata ma molto tranquilla e carina e in gran parte completamente privata.
