If Kolmårdens Djurpark is part of your holiday plans or just relax in nature, then this little cottage could be something for you. The cabin, which is of a simpler standard, is part of a smaller collection of cabins managed and owned by an IOGT association since 1947. Among other things, a midsummer celebration is organized in the area, which is usually very much appreciated by all visitors. There are both swings and a small slide in the area for the youngest. The cottage is on two levels where the lower level has a spacious kitchen with fridge and small freezer, a good dining area and also a high chair for the youngest. In the living room there is a sofa group and another dining area. Upstairs there is a bedroom with a double bed and a cot and a room, which is a walk-through room, with three separate beds. The bathroom is not in the house but is in a separate building next door, there is also a disabled toilet with a changing table. The bathroom is not private but can be used by any visitor from the association. In front of the cottage, which is partially fenced with some bushes, there is a lovely patio with garden furniture in the best sun position, but the coziest place is down by the small lake where there is a large common jetty with tables and chairs and a bathing ladder for those who want to take a dip. The rowing boats are also located here and in the storage room on the jetty there are life jackets to borrow for those who rent the cabin. There are plenty of fish in the small lake for those interested in fishing. In the Kolmårdsskogarna there are many wonderful hiking trails and paths. The Sörmlandsleden has a stage that starts in Stavsjö and there are moderate to difficult hikes in the area, which also has plenty of small forest lakes, so it might be a good idea to pack swimming trunks in your backpack. It only takes 29 minutes, about 8km, to drive to Kolmården Zoo and once there you have a lot to explore around Bråviken. The IOGT association works actively for a sober existence and appreciates that guests in the cabin respect that.

Wenn der Tierpark Kolmårdens Djurpark Teil Ihrer Urlaubspläne ist oder Sie einfach nur in der Natur entspannen möchten, dann könnte dieses traditionelle Ferienhäuschen etwas für Sie sein. Das Holzhaus bietet einfacheren Standard und gehört zu einer kleinen Gruppe von Hütten, die seit 1947 einem Verein gehören, der diese verwaltet. Auf dem gemeinschaftlichen Gelände wird z.B. ein Mittsommerfest organisiert, das normalerweise von allen Besuchern sehr geschätzt wird . Für die Kleinsten gibt es im Bereich sowohl Schaukeln als auch eine kleine Rutsche. Das Ferienhaus erstreckt sich über zwei Ebenen, wobei die untere Ebene über eine geräumige Küche mit Kühlschrank und kleinem Gefrierfach, einen guten Essbereich und auch einen Hochstuhl für die Kleinsten verfügt. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es eine Sofagruppe und einen weiteren Essbereich. Im Obergeschoss befindet sich ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und einem Kinderbett sowie ein zweites Zimmer, das ein Durchgangszimmer ist, mit drei getrennten Betten. Das Badezimmer befindet sich nicht im Haus, sondern in einem separaten Gebäude nebenan. Es gibt auch eine behindertengerechte Toilette mit Wickeltisch. Das Badezimmer ist nicht privat, sondern kann von jedem Besucher des Vereins benutzt werden. Vor dem teilweise mit Sträuchern eingezäunten Ferienhaus befindet sich eine schöne Terrasse mit Gartenmöbeln in bester Sonnenlage. Am gemütlichsten ist es aber unten am kleinen See, wo sich ein großer gemeinsamer Steg mit Tischen und Stühlen befindet. Es gibt auch eine Badeleiter für diejenigen, die ein Bad nehmen möchten, sowie einige Ruderboote. Im Abstellraum am Steg gibt es Schwimmwesten zum Ausleihen. Viel Fisch im kleinen See für Angler. In der Waldlandschaft Kolmårdsskogarna gibt es viele wunderbare Wanderwege und Pfade. Der Sörmlandsleden hat eine Etappe, die in Stavsjö beginnt, und es gibt mittelschwere bis schwierige Wanderungen in der Gegend, die auch viele kleine Waldseen hat, daher ist es vielleicht eine gute Idee, eine Badehose in den Rucksack zu packen. Es dauert nur 30 Minuten, etwa 8 km, um zum Kolmården Zoo zu fahren, und wenn Sie dort angekommen sind, gibt es in der Umgebung von Bråviken viel zu entdecken. Der Verein IOGT setzt sich aktiv für ein nüchternes Dasein ein und wünscht sich daher, dass Feriengäste im Haus dies respektieren.
