A perfect summer residence with proximity to many interesting excursion destinations. This cottage, which is only a short walk from Näshulta lake's bathing area with a small sandy beach, jetty and a bathing raft, can be the perfect place for those who want to be close to nature and at the same time want to discover new interesting excursion destinations. Näshulta is a quiet holiday home area and this cottage is located on a large plot with plenty of space for football and other outdoor games. The cottage has a dining area and living room in open plan with doors out to the porch that serves as an extra room in the summer. Two bedrooms are in file where one bedroom has a double bed and the other room a single bed. The sofa in the living room is converted at night into a comfortable bed that is 140cm wide and chilly evenings are advantageously heated in the nice tiled stove that is in the living room. The bathroom is equipped with shower, toilet, sink and a washing machine. Additional sleeping space is available in the guest house which has a 140cm wide bed. In the garden there is a lovely outdoor shower with cold and hot water. Österby Camping is a larger bathing area that also offers rental of canoe and rowing boat, here you have walking distance. Eskilstuna Parken Zoo is an appreciated destination for those who have children, where it takes about 20 minutes by car.

Idyllisch gelegenes Ferienhäuschen mit Nähe zu vielen interessanten Ausflugszielen. Die Hütte, die nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Badeufer am See Näshulta mit kleiner Strandlinie, Steg und Badefloß entfernt ist, ist perfekt f+r Naturliebhaber. Näshulta ist ein ruhiges Ferienhausgebiet und dieses Ferienhaus steht auf einem großen Naturgrundstück mit viel Platz für Fußball und andere Spiele im Freien. Das Häuschen hat innen einen offenen Wohn- und Essbereich mit Türen zur Veranda davor, die im Sommer als zusätzliches Zimmer dient. Die beiden Schlafzimmer liegen neben einander, wobei ein Schlafzimmer ein Doppelbett und das andere Zimmer ein Einzelbett hat. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer kann auch als 140 cm breite Schlafcouch genutzt werden. An kühleren Abenden kannb man es sich vor dem wärmenden Kachelofen im Wohnzimmer gemütlich machen. Das Badezimmer des Hauses ist mit Dusche, WC, Waschbecken und einer Waschmaschine ausgestattet. Zusätzlicher Schlafplatz nebenan im separaten Annex, der über ein 140 cm breites Bett verfügt. Im Garten gibt es eine praktische Außendusche mit K+W Wasser. Österby Camping hat ein größeres Badeufer an dem es einen Kanu- und Ruderbootverleih gibt und ist zu Fuß erreichbar.
