Kungshamn and adjacent Smögen also offer the opportunity to rent a kayak or boat so you can explore the beautiful archipelago on your own. If you want to take a look below the sea surface, there are diving experience opportunities both from land and boat. From Kungshamn you can take a taxi boat and visit the lighthouse Hållö or to Smögen and continue to experience archipelago life and archipelago environment on the now world-famous pier with bustling street life, shops, restaurants and a variety of different boats. A nice choice for a day trip is a visit to Nordens Ark, a zoo where you can meet about 80 of the world's endangered animals.
