Welcome to this spacious holiday home, set in scenic surroundings, in Nordmaling. The house is set on a seaside plot, on a cape, just 15 metres from the dock where you will find the boat that is included in the rent. The bottom floor features an open-plan kitchen and living room. The kitchen features the necessary equippment and in the living room there's a pellet stove, a TV, and free wireless internet access. The bottom floor bedroom features two single beds. In the bathroom there's a WC, a washbasin, a shower, and a sauna. On the upper floor, you'll find a family room and a bedroom with three single beds. The terrace and the living room windows afford a beautiful view of the sea. The house is surrounded by woodlands which makes it private and secluded. Nordmaling offers plenty of recreation for nature lovers. Höga Kusten is nearby, with it's stunning nature. There are canoes for rent and the streams Öreälven and Lögdeälven are excellent for canoeing. They are also great for fishing. Don't forget to buy a fishing permit! The small town of Nordmaling has all of the necessary services, such as grocery stores, a chemists, a hardware store, a fishing shop, and Systembolaget, where you can buy wine and spirits. It's possible to bathe by the dock but please be aware that the water quicly becomes deep so it's not suitable for children. Please note: You have to turn on the water heater. Geräumiges, älteres Ferienhaus in grüner Umgebung, mit herrlicher Aussicht zur Meeresbucht direkt davor! Steht in der reizvollen Küstenlandschaft der Region Norrland. Das 1984 erbaute Haus hat 2 Etagen und liegt auf einem Ufergrundstück, auf einer Landzunge. Es sind nur ca. 15 m bis zum Steg an dem das Ruderboot für Angelausflüge bereitliegt. Das Ufer ist felsig und teils bewaldet. Am Steg kann gebadet werden, jedoch wird das Wasser relativ schnell tief und eignet sich daher nicht für Kleinkinder. Im Parterre Küchen-/Wohnbereich mit Kaminofen sowie 1 SZ mit 3B. Außerdem Bad mit Dusche/WC und Sauna für erholsame Stunden. In der oberen Etage befindet sich ein weiteres SZ mit 2B und ein Aufenthaltsbereich. Vom Wohnzimmer und dem Balkon oben hat man schönen Ausblick zum Wasser! Geschützte Lage mit Wald ringsum und schöne Veranda für Sonnentage am Haus. Zur Info: Man muss den Warmwasserboiler bei Ankunft anschließen, der Stecker befindet sich über dem Herd. Kvillskär liegt schön geschützt an der Küste der Meeresenge Avafjärd. Im Bezirk Nordmaling kann man u.a. Kanus anmieten und damit einige der Flussläufe, darunter Öreälven und Lögdeälven, die beide zudem als gute Angelreviere gelten, erkunden. Ein Angelschein ist hier erforderlich. In der kleinen Ortschaft Nordmaling findet man Lebensmittelgeschäft, Apotheke, Eisenwarenhandel, Fischladen etc. vor. Die einzigartige Küstenlandschaft Höga Kusten liegt zudem in Reichweite für Tagesausflüge.

La casa tiene dos niveles y fue construida en 1984, con una parcela de playa en un promontorio. Tienes unos 15 metros hasta el muelle, donde un barco te espera para realizar excursiones y pesca en el mar. Es perfectamente posible nadar en el puente, pero como rápidamente se vuelve profundo, el baño no es adecuado para niños más pequeños. En la planta baja hay una cocina y una sala de estar de planta abierta y un dormitorio con dos camas individuales. Para obtener información: debe encender el calentador de agua, el enchufe se encuentra sobre la estufa. En la sala de estar hay una estufa de leña, que se calienta agradablemente durante las noches frescas. Además, hay un inodoro y una ducha, así como una sauna donde podrá relajarse después de las actividades del día. A l'étage supérieur il y a une chambre avec trois lits simples et un salon. De la terrasse et du salon, vous avez une belle vue sur la mer. L'emplacement est isolé, avec une forêt autour du terrain et vous pouvez vous y détendre avec des bains de soleil, des activités de plein air, de belles soirées barbecue ou simplement profiter des parfums de la nature, de la vue et du chant des oiseaux. Kvillskär est magnifiquement situé au bord de la mer à Avafjärden. Il y a beaucoup à faire dans la municipalité de Nordmaling. La casa è su due livelli ed è stata costruita nel 1984, con un appezzamento di spiaggia su un promontorio. Hai circa 15 metri dal molo, dove una barca ti aspetta per escursioni e pesca in mare. È perfettamente possibile nuotare al ponte, ma poiché diventa rapidamente profondo, il bagno non è adatto ai bambini più piccoli. Al piano terra c'è una cucina e soggiorno con open space e una camera con due letti singoli. Per info: devi accendere lo scaldabagno, la spina si trova sopra la stufa. Nel soggiorno c'è una stufa a legna, che riscalda piacevolmente durante le serate fresche. Inoltre, c'è un bagno e una doccia, nonché una sauna dove è possibile rilassarsi dopo le attività della giornata. Al piano superiore c'è una camera con tre letti singoli e un soggiorno. Dal terrazzo e dal soggiorno si ha una bella vista mare. La posizione è isolata, con la foresta intorno alla trama e puoi rilassarti qui con prendere il sole, attività all'aperto, belle serate barbecue o semplicemente stare e goderti i profumi della natura, il panorama e il canto degli uccelli. Dom jest dwupoziomowy i został wybudowany w 1984 roku, z działką plażową na cyplu. Do molo masz około 15 metrów, gdzie czeka łódź na wycieczki i wędkarstwo morskie. Przy moście można pływać jak najbardziej, ale ponieważ szybko staje się głęboki, kąpiel nie jest odpowiednia dla mniejszych dzieci.
