Sehr ruhig liegt dieses hübsche, traditionelle bretonische Ferienhaus auf einem 800 qm großen Gartengelände. Ein weitläufiger Wohnbereich mit einer offenen zentralen Küche, die zum gemeinsamen Kochen einlädt. Auch in der Nebensaison fühlt man sich sehr wohl und lässt gerne die Abende vor einem gemütlichen Kaminfeuer ausklingen. Nur 200 m unterhalb des Ferienhauses schlängelt sich der gezeitenabhängige Küstenfluss Penze vorbei, der wenige Kilometer weiter in die Bucht von Morlaix einmündet. Dort, an dieser Postkartenbucht liegen bekannte Ferienorte wie Carantec, St. Pol-de-Leon und Roscoff. Vor Ort wird alles geboten was zu einem gelungenen Urlaub beiträgt: feinsandige Strände, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Boutiquen und gute Restaurants. Aktivitäten in der Nähe: Nur einen Katzensprung ist es zur autofreien Insel Callot (ab Carantec) oder zur ebenfalls autofreien Blumeninsel Ile de Batz (regelmäßige Überfahrt ab dem Fischerhafen in Roscoff), ein Muss für Naturliebhaber.
