In the quiet and beautiful Tockens cottage area is this pleasant year-round house with nature at its core. Perfect holiday accommodation for the family as there is access to play and activities in the large garden. Trampoline and ping-pong table for outdoor use together with blocks are available and within walking distance through paddocks with grazing animals to the beach and fishing opportunities. The house has a large balcony floor that accommodates sun loungers, bare tables with stools to sit on and garden furniture. There is room here to both relax and enjoy the food from the grill. Balcony door directly into the kitchen, which has all amenities and a dining table to gather around indoors. In the open floor plan there is also a living room with a TV. Two sofas, one of which is a sofa bed and can function as an extra bed. A double bed, two single beds and a bunk bed with an extra wide lower shelf are distributed over the other three bedrooms in the house. This very well-planned house also has a large and spacious bathroom next to the hall and the entrance door at the back of the house, seen from the entrance to the plot. Along Listerlandet's coast there are many nature reserves and hiking trails. Small old fishing communities that today offer restaurants, marinas and beautiful views of the sea to behold. Boat trip to beautiful Hanö from Nogersund can be recommended as a day trip. Mjällby, which is just over 3 km from the house, has a good grocery store, pharmacy and gas station, but Sölvesborg, which is the main town in Listerlandet, is a small-town idyll with shopping and attractions such as the castle and the pedestrian and bicycle bridge 760 meters over Ljungaviken. Über Grünfläche mit grasenden Tieren ist der Strand mit guten Angelmöglichkeiten fußläufig erreichbar. Das Ferienhaus hat eine schöne Holzterrasse mit Sonnenliegen, Theke mit Hockern zum Sitzen und Gartenmöbeln. Hier gibt es Platz zum Entspannen und zum Genießen des Grillguts. Durch die Balkontür gelangt man direkt in die Küche, die über alle Annehmlichkeiten und einen Esstisch verfügt, an dem man sich im Innenbereich versammeln kann. Im offenen Anschluss daran liegt das Wohnzimmer mit zwei Sofas, eines davon ein Schlafsofa, das als Zustellbett dienen kann. Drei Schlafzimmer im Haus; eines mit Doppelbett, das zweite mit zwei Einzelbetten, das dritte mit Etagenbett mit zwei Kojen, die untere breiter als oben. Das sehr gut aufgeteilte Ferienhaus bietet außerdem ein geräumiges Badezimmer im Anschluss an den Flur. Die Eingangstür befindet sich an der Rückseite des Hauses, vom Eingang zum Grundstück aus gesehen. Entlang der Küste von Listerlandet gibt es viele Naturschutzgebiete und Wanderwege zu entdecken. Dazu kleine, traditionelle Fischerdörfer, die heute Restaurants, kleine Häfen und wunderschöne Ausblicke auf das Meer bieten. Als Tagesausflug kann eine Bootsfahrt von Nogersund ins schöne Hanö empfohlen werden.
