There is also a lockable utility room with washing machine, dryer, freezer, extra (large) fridge and ironing facilities. Internet (free wifi) is available throughout the house. Through the French doors in the living room, you walk straight into the garden, which completely surrounds the house. It is a space brand-new renovated garden with garden furniture and a beautiful pond. You can walk straight into the woods from the garden, which has plenty of greenery. On the first floor are no fewer than five spacious bedrooms. Each has a spacious double box-spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m). There are two bathrooms on the first floor with all the necessary amenities. Peace, space and nature are things we still enjoy in Villa Bosrijk. Due to our busy existence, we can unfortunately only occasionally use our beautiful villa, which is why we decided to rent it out, so that you too can enjoy the luxury of our Villa and the peace, space and nature around it. Angrenzend an das Wohnzimmer befindet sich die luxuriöse Wohnküche mit Frühstücksbar und allen notwendigen Geräten (einschließlich Induktionskochfeld, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank und Geschirrspüler). Es lohnt sich auch, die verschiedenen schönen Orte in der Umgebung zu besuchen, wie Harderwijk mit seinem alten Stadtkern, die Festungsstadt Elburg oder Bunschoten-Spakenburg. Im märchenhaften Hans & Grietje können sich Jung und Alt bei einem leckeren Pfannkuchen vergnügen. Sehr zu empfehlen ist auch ein Städtetrip nach Amsterdam oder Utrecht, die nur 40 Autominuten entfernt sind. A causa della nostra vita frenetica, purtroppo possiamo utilizzare la nostra bella villa solo occasionalmente, ed è per questo che abbiamo deciso di affittarla, in modo che anche voi possiate godere del lusso della nostra villa e della pace, dello spazio e della natura che la circondano. Indeling: Op de begane grond bevindt zich de ruime woonkamer (100m2), welke stijlvol en warm is ingericht, met vloerverwarming. Deze is voorzien van onder andere een een led-tv, blu-ray speler, gaskachel en ruime eethoek. Grenzend aan de woonkamer bevindt zich de luxe woonkeuken met daarin een eetbar en alle benodigde apparatuur (o.a. inductiekookplaat, een oven, magnetron, koelkast, vriezer, afwasmachine). Verder is er een afsluitbare bijkeuken met wasmachine, droger, vriezer, extra (grote) koelkast en strijkgerei. Verder is internet (gratis wifi) aanwezig in de volledige woning. Via de openslaande deuren in de woonkamer loop je zo de tuin in, die de woning volledig omringd. Het is een ruimte spiksplinternieuw gerenoveerde tuin voorzien van tuinmeubelen en met een prachtige vijver. U kunt vanuit de tuin, welke voorzien is van veel groen, zo het bos in lopen. Op de eerste verdieping bevinden zich maar liefst vijf ruime slaapkamers. Elk voorzien van een ruim tweepersoons boxspring bed (1,80 x 2,00m). Op de 1e verdieping zijn twee badkamers aanwezig met alle benodigde voorzieningen. Rust, ruimte en natuur zijn dingen waar wij nog steeds van genieten in Villa Bosrijk. Door ons drukke bestaan kunnen wij helaas maar af en toe gebruik maken van onze mooie villa, daarom hebben wij besloten deze ook te verhuren, zodat ook u kunt genieten van de luxe van onze Villa en de rust, ruimte en natuur daaromheen. Wij wensen u heel veel plezier in 'Villa Bosrijk'. In de directe omgeving zijn vele leuke uitjes te ondernemen voor jong en oud. Op slechts 25 rijden bevindt zich attractiepark Walibi en ook het dolfinarium is vlak bij (15 min rijden). Het is ook de moeite waard om de diverse leuke plaatsen in de omgeving een bezoekje te brengen zoals Harderwijk met haar oude stadscentrum, vestingstad Elburg of Bunschoten-spakenburg zijn de moeite waard. Bij het sprookjesachtige Hans & Grietje zullen jong en oud zich vermaken onder het genot van een heerlijke pannenkoek. Een citytrip naar Amsterdam of Utrecht is ook een aanrader op 40 min rijden bent u al in deze steden. Ciesz się spokojem, przestrzenią i naturą w naszej luksusowej i przytulnej Villa Bosrijk. Do salonu przylega luksusowa kuchnia z jadalnią, w której znajduje się barek śniadaniowy oraz cały niezbędny sprzęt AGD (m.in. płyta indukcyjna, piekarnik, kuchenka mikrofalowa, lodówka, zamrażarka, zmywarka). Do dyspozycji Gości jest także zamykane pomieszczenie gospodarcze z pralką, suszarką, zamrażarką, dodatkową (dużą) lodówką i sprzętem do prasowania. Internet (bezpłatne Wi-Fi) jest dostępny w całym domu. Przez francuskie drzwi w salonie wchodzi się prosto do ogrodu, który całkowicie otacza dom. Jest to przestronny, odnowiony ogród z meblami ogrodowymi i pięknym stawem. Z ogrodu, w którym jest dużo zieleni, można przejść bezpośrednio do lasu. Na pierwszym piętrze znajduje się aż pięć przestronnych sypialni. W każdym z nich znajduje się przestronne, podwójne łóżko z materacem sprężynowym (1,80 x 2,00 m). Na piętrze znajdują się dwie łazienki wyposażone we wszystkie niezbędne udogodnienia. Spokój, przestrzeń i przyroda to rzeczy, którymi nadal cieszymy się w Villa Bosrijk. Ze względu na naszą pracowitą egzystencję, z naszej pięknej willi możemy niestety korzystać tylko sporadycznie, dlatego zdecydowaliśmy się ją wynająć, abyście i Państwo mogli cieszyć się luksusem naszej Willi oraz otaczającym ją spokojem, przestrzenią i przyrodą. Życzymy dużo przyjemności w "Villa Bosrijk". W bezpośrednim sąsiedztwie znajduje się wiele ciekawych wycieczek dla młodych i starszych. Park rozrywki Walibi znajduje się zaledwie 25 minut jazdy od hotelu, a delfinarium jest również w pobliżu (15 minut jazdy).
