U heeft alle comfort maar geen overbodige luxe, een heerlijk verblijf voor twee personen. In de woonkamer beschikt u over een tv. In de kitchenette vindt u er onder andere een magnetron. Via een relatief steile trap in de woonkamer bereikt u de slaapvide (geen stahoogte) met een 2-pers. bed. Beneden is er een badkamer met douche en toilet. Het buitenleven speelt zich af op het terras met tuinmeubilair. Er is parkeergelegenheid voor één auto nabij het tiny house. Het is niet toegestaan om elektrische auto's op te laden bij het tiny house.
