You are welcomed by a nice cafe set next to the stairs that lead you down to the apartment. Hall that leads you to a charming kitchenette with hotplates, fridge with freezer compartment and microwave, etc. Spacious bathroom with shower cubicle, wc, sink and washing machine. Further into the apartment you will find a nice family room with dining table, TV and comfortable sofa bed for one person (100 cm). From here you reach a bedroom with two single beds (90 cm) and an extra bed (80 cm). There is a wardrobe in the bedroom and hall. In addition to a café set next to the stairs, there is also a part of the garden with outdoor furniture you can dispose of, in the left part of the garden as the owner disposes of the garden to the right. A stone's throw from the accommodation is the subway and bus, which offer very good communication opportunities throughout Stockholm. A few hundred meters away is Kyrksjön where you can swim from the jetty in the Kyrksjölötens Nature Reserve as well as exercise tracks. Nearby is also Björklund's Hage where there are animals and a playground. It only takes 20 minutes by subway to Stockholm's central station. Here there is something for everyone in terms of food, shopping and attractions such as the Royal Palace, City Hall, Old Town, Skansen, Gröna Lund, the Vasa Museum and much more. Willkommen in einer gemütlichen Ferienwohnung im Souterrain, gelegen in einer schönen Wohngegend im Stadtteil Bromma in Stockholm, dennoch in der Nähe von Naturschutzgebieten und allem, was die Stadt Stockholm zu bieten hat! Das nette Gastgeberehepaar wohnt im Haus und vermietet im Untergeschoss diese Wohnung, die sich perfekt als Ausgangspunkt für diejenigen unter Ihnen eignet, die Schwedens fantastische Hauptstadt erkunden möchten. Sie werden von einem schönen Sitzplatz begrüßt, das sich neben der Treppe befindet, die Sie hinunter zur Wohnung führt. Flur zur Küchenzeile mit Kochplatten, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach und Mikrowelle usw. Geräumiges Badezimmer mit Duschkabine, WC, Waschbecken und Waschmaschine. Weiter in der Wohnung finden Sie ein schönes Familienzimmer mit Esstisch, TV und bequemer Schlafcouch für eine Person (100 cm breit). Von hier aus gelangen Sie in ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten (90 cm) und einem Zustellbett (80 cm). Im Schlafzimmer und im Flur gibt es einen Kleiderschrank.
