A warm welcome to this nice cottage, which is embedded in a scenic environment with close proximity to swimming and fishing! When you step into the cottage, you are greeted by a large bright hall with plenty of space to hang out. In the hall you will find the door to the toilet with sink. From the hall you enter the open kitchen and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need such as coffee maker, stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher. The dining area has plenty of room for six people. There is a fire ban in the stove. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa, armchairs and a TV for relaxation. To the right of the kitchen there are two bedrooms, one bedroom has a double bed of 160cm and the other bedroom has a bunk bed of 80cm. Next to the main cabin is a bright and fresh annex with two single beds of 80 cm. The guest cabin also has a shower and sink. Outside the cabin, you can enjoy nature on the comfortable outdoor furniture and grill your evening meal. The plot is hilly and gives you a sense of peace and quiet. If you prefer a larger bathing area, there is Prässebo bathing area about 3 km from the cabin, here there are jetties and facilities such as toilets, changing rooms and a kiosk that offers simple food and ice cream. The nearest town, Trollhättan, is only about 30 km and there are also bus connections to the town. Trollhättan offers outdoor swimming, a charming inner city along the canal, playgrounds, a large shopping center and interesting sights such as old locks and the Saab Museum. For golf enthusiasts, Koberg's golf course with its incredibly beautiful scenery and Koberg's castle are recommended. Vom Eingang des Hauses betreten Sie den großen, hellen Flur mit viel Platz für Garderobe etc. Im Flur finden Sie die Tür zur Toilette mit Waschbecken. Vom Flur aus betreten Sie auf den offenen Küchen-/Wohnbereich für das Familienleben. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit allem, was Sie zur Selbstverpflegung benötigen, darunter Kaffeemaschine, Herd, Backofen, Mikrowelle und Geschirrspüler. Der Essbereich bietet ausreichend Platz für sechs Personen. Es besteht ein Feuerverbot für den Ofen! Im Wohnzimmer laden ein bequemes Sofa, Sessel und ein Fernseher (schwedisches Programm) zum Entspannen ein. Rechts von der Küche befinden sich zwei Schlafzimmer; eines mit 160 cm breitem Doppelbett, das andere mit einem Etagenbett mit 80 cm breiten Kojen. Neben dem Haupthaus steht auf dem Grundstück ein kleiner Annex mit zwei 80 cm breiten Einzelbetten zur Verfügung. Der Annex verfügt außerdem über eine Dusche und ein Waschbecken. Vor dem Haus können Sie in den bequemen Gartenmöbeln die Natur genießen und Ihr Abendessen grillen. Das Grundstück ist hügelig und vermittelt ein Gefühl von Ruhe und Frieden. Falls Sie ein größeres Badeufer bevorzugen, gibt es etwa 3 km weit er den Badebereich Prässebo mit Anlegestelle und Einrichtungen wie Toiletten, Umkleidekabinen und einem Kiosk, der einfache Lebensmittel und Eis anbietet. Die nächste Stadt, Trollhättan, ist nur etwa 30 km entfernt und es gibt auch Busverbindungen in die Stadt.
