Welcome to fantastic Väddö in Roslagen in the Stockholm archipelago! A perfect accommodation for those of you who want a relaxing holiday close to swimming, various excursion destinations and beautiful nature. You live in a nice newly renovated cottage close to beautiful surroundings and fantastic bathing spots, such as Marum's bathing area - the best beach north of Stockholm according to the owner! The cottage is located in a quiet summer cottage area and a thorough renovation of the cottage has been done in 2023. The cottage has a spacious kitchen with a dining area and good work surfaces, the living room with a lovely wood burning stove and nice windows. From here you reach a large bedroom with an exit to the back facing the peace of the forest. In the bedroom there is a double bed in one part and a bunk bed in the other, no wall separating them but the room is oblong so you lie in each part of the bedroom. There are two more beds in a cozy guest cottage on the grounds for those of you who want some privacy. Fresh bathroom with shower and toilet located in the hall in the main house. ATTENTION! The lawn on the grounds is newly planted and there is no guarantee that it will be ready for use on arrival, but there are fantastic surroundings to enjoy. Youth groups and parties are not permitted. Only a few hundred meters from the house you will find the sea, where you can take a nice dip from the rocks or just enjoy the sea's fresh breeze. Marums Badet is a perfect sandy beach for families with children, with a playground and large areas to run on. The beach belongs to Marum's nature reserve, which offers nice walks. If you want to eat a good piece of food, the Farmer & Burger in Älmsta is a good tip! Nearby there is also Kröns Trädgård café, which is worth a visit. Further north is Grisslehamn, which is worth a visit during the summer, from here you can also take a trip with the Eckerö line. Sie wohnen in einem schönen, 2023 frisch renovierten Ferienhaus, in der Nähe des Badeufers in Marum – laut Hauseigentümer der beste Strand nördlich von Stockholm! Das Ferienhaus liegt in einem ruhigen Ferienhausgebiet und wurde im Jahr 2023 umfassend renoviert. Es hat eine geräumige Küche mit Essbereich und guten Arbeitsflächen. Wohnzimmer mit einem schönen Holzofen und großen Fenstern. Von hier aus gelangt man in ein großes Schlafzimmer mit Ausgang nach hinten zum Wald. Im Schlafzimmer gibt es in einem Teil ein Doppelbett und im anderen ein Etagenbett, ohne Trennwand dazwischen, aber der Raum ist länglich, sodass Sie in jedem Teil des Schlafzimmers für sich liegen können. Für diejenigen unter Ihnen, die etwas Privatsphäre wünschen, gibt es zwei weitere Betten in einem gemütlichen kleinen Annex nebenan auf dem Grundstück. Im Haupthaus helles Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC, mit Zugang vom Flur aus. BITTE BEACHTEN! Der Rasen auf dem Grundstück ist neu bepflanzt und es gibt keine Garantie, dass er bei der Ankunft nutzbar ist, aber es gibt eine fantastische Umgebung zum Genießen.
