Welcome to a cozy house on a nice natural plot with a location close to the sea on Svärdsö in Nynäshamn municipality. Here you come far out into the sea belt, with only 200 m to the sea no matter which direction you go, here the water is clear and beautiful. In one direction you will find a lovely beach and rocks, in the other direction tables and chairs down by the water. There you can take a basket of food with you and enjoy the fantastic sunset and take a dip in the sea. The house has one bedroom with a family bunk bed, separated by curtains. Sofa bed for two is in the living room. In the living room there is also the dining table and a smart TV. A fresh bathroom with electric toilet, sink and shower. The small kitchen has access to the balcony, where you will find a gas grill and outdoor furniture. Parking for cars is available below the house. There is a gate down by the road that you get a key to drive the car up to the house. You share a plot with the nice owners, but have plenty of your own plot space and no visibility. Nynäshamn is a cozy summer town, the bus there goes just below the house. On Torö, which Svärdsö is close to, there are cozy summer cafes and restaurants if you don't want to cook yourself.

Willkommen in einem gemütlichen Ferienhäuschen, gelegen auf einem schönen Naturgrundstück in Meeresnähe auf Svärdsö in der Gemeinde Nynäshamn. Hier gelangt man weit hinaus in den Meeresgürtel! Zum Meer sind es nur 200 m, ganz gleich in welche Richtung man geht! Hier ist das Wasser klar und schön. In der einen Richtung finden Sie einen schönen Strand und Felsen, in der anderen Richtung finden Sie Tische und Stühle unten am Ufer. Dort können Sie ein Picknick machen und dabei z.B. den fantastischen Sonnenuntergang genießen oder ein Bad im Meer nehmen. Das Häuschen bietet ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Etagenbett für max. drei Personen, das durch Vorhänge abgetrennt ist. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich außerdem ein Schlafsofa für zwei Personen. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es auch einen Esstisch und ein Smart-TV. Helles Badezimmer mit elektrischer Toilette, Waschbecken und Dusche. Die kleine Küche hat Zugang zum Balkon, wo Sie einen Gasgrill und Gartenmöbel vorfinden. Stellplätze für Autos stehen unterhalb des Hauses zur Verfügung. Unten an der Straße gibt es ein Tor, für das Sie einen Schlüssel erhalten, damit Sie mit Ihrem Auto bis zum Haus vorfahren können.
