Das Haus ist schön gestaltet und modern ausgestattet. Es ist sehr geräumig und für einen Familienurlaub geeignet. Im Garten gibt es einen Swimmingpool, einen Grill und ein Trampolin und einen Parkplatz für vier Autos. Das Erdgeschoss des Hauses ist sehr gut geeignet für Menschen mit Behinderungen. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es eine geräumige Küche mit einem Esszimmer und einem Wohnzimmer. Es gibt auch zwei Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss, jedes mit eigenem Bad. Auf der überdachten Terrasse im Erdgeschoss der Villa können Sie Grillgerichte am Tisch genießen. Im ersten Stock der Villa befinden sich zwei weitere Schlafzimmer, jedes mit eigenem Bad, und eine weitere große überdachte Terrasse mit Couchtisch und Stühlen.
