Das Ferienhaus bietet ausreichend Platz für 12 Gäste und verfügt über 5 Schlafzimmern (inklusive des beheizten NurDachHauses direkt am Schwimmteich im grossen Garten), 1 Küche, 1 Wohnzimmer und 3 Kinderzimmern. Das besondere Ferienhaus das jeden Wunsch erfüllt Wohnen Sie in einem luxuriösen Nichtraucher-Ferienhaus, Baujahr 2007, ein sogenanntes Smarthome. Das Baumaterial ist Stein, die Größe des Grundstückes beträgt 2500 m². Sie betreten Ihr Ferienhaus durch einen kleinen Flur/Windfang, von dem das Gäste-WC abgeht. Im großen Flur ist die Treppe zum 1. OG und es geht zum großen Wohnraum mit der offenen Küche und dem Essbereich (ausziehbarer Esstisch aus Eiche mit Platz für 10 Personen). Im Wohnbereich gibt es eine sehr schöne Entspannungsmöglichkeit mit zwei großen Liegesesseln und einem kleinen Tisch, der mit schönstem Ausblick zum Lesen und zur Entspannung einlädt. Im Wohnbereich befindet sich zudem ein sehr großer Fernseher mit Sofaecke. An das Wohnzimmer grenzt eine 40 m² Terrasse, die mit einem Glasdach geschützt ist und hier einen schönen Übergang zwischen Wohnbereich und Garten bietet. Die Terrasse wird von LED Lichtern erhellt und bei Sonne, kann man zwei Markisen ausfahren und den Schatten genießen. Abends sitzt man geschützt länger auf der Terrasse und kann den Tag ausklingen lassen. Bei gutem Wetter kann man dort frühstücken und abends grillen. Im ersten OG befinden sich die Schlafräume und das Badezimmer mit angrenzender Sauna und Dusche sowie Doppelwaschbecken und Badewanne. Zwei Kinderzimmer sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Der Dachboden wurde im März 2019 ausgebaut und hier können zwei Personen direkt am Fenster mit schöner Aussicht schlafen.
