The house offers a large patio with several corners where you can enjoy the good weather on the island. Its salt pool, measuring 2.5x5.10m and with a maximum depth of 1.45m, is perfect for cooling off on the hottest days. You can sunbathe, prepare a delicious barbecue or have a drink while admiring the starry sky. You can enjoy the delicious meals sheltered under the fully furnished veranda. There is also an outside bathroom with shower. The house is located in a quiet street 200 metres from the square. The modern interior is fully equipped. On the ground floor you find the beautiful living room with Smart TV, AC and wood cooker which is open to the eat-in kitchen equipped with ceramic hob. The laundry room offers washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. On the ground floor there is also a bedroom with TV, AC and double bed, a bathroom with bathtub and a separate study. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with double beds, one of which has a TV. Both have en-suite bathrooms with shower, AC and direct access to the terrace. If you are travelling with your baby we can provide a cot and highchair. The house is located in a very quiet village with public transport connections, a couple of bars and a pharmacy. For the rest of the basic services such as restaurants and supermarkets you will have to go to Montuïri (6km) or Algaida (4 km). The nearest beach is Arenal or es Trenc but you can drive to any of the beautiful beaches of the island. If you fancy a game of golf the nearest golf course is 16.8 km away, Golf Son Gual. The air conditioning is programmed to work from 8 pm to 7 am and from 12 pm to 5 pm. There is a garage with space for one car which communicates with the courtyard of the house. Very suitable for bicycles. The house has 3 fireplaces but you can only make use of the one in the house at the back of the patio. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Además, pueden tomar el sol, preparar una deliciosa barbacoa o tomar una copa mientras admiran el cielo estrellado. Pueden disfrutar de las ricas comidas refugiados bajo el porche totalmente amueblado. También hay un baño exterior con ducha. La casa se encuentra en una calle tranquila a 200 metros de la plaza. El moderno interior se encuentra completamente equipado. En la planta baja encuentran la hermosa sala con Smart TV, AC y estufa de leña que se encuentra abierta a la cocina comedor equipada con vitrocerámica. La lavandería ofrece lavadora, secadora, plancha y tabla para planchar. En la planta baja hay también un dormitorio que dispone de TV, AC y cama doble, un baño con bañera y un estudio independiente.
