This exclusive hut is located directly on the ski slope in the middle of the Wildkogel ski arena. Ski-in and ski-out - right on the doorstep. On the first floor you can enjoy the amenities of a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living/dining area. A large bathroom with double washbasin, sauna and large walk-in shower invite you to relax. On the terrace you will find a hot tub and a swimming pond. The 3 bedrooms on the upper floor are all equipped with cable TV and there is also another bathroom with shower and WC. Please note that your accommodation is located in the ski area. Arrival and departure is only possible with the gondola lift and ski pass. Arrival takes place during the operating hours of the gondola (until 16:00), arrival is not possible after closing time. Use the Wildkogelbahn from Neukirchen am Großvenediger, where you can park your car free of charge for the duration of your stay. When you arrive at the mountain station with your luggage, you can either leave your bags/suitcases with the lift staff and let us transport them by skidoo (only possible outside peak times from 9.00 am to 10.30 am and from 3.00 pm to 4.00 pm). Or you can transport your luggage down to the valley station yourself on the “Ganzeralm” chairlift, which is approx. 60 m away; our house is located approx. 40 m above the valley station of the “Ganzeralm” chairlift. In summer it is possible to reach the hut by car. Directions: Navigation to the Bramberg Museum. Turn left here and from there follow the asphalt road uphill until you reach a barrier (please call the landlord here - he can open the barrier by telephone). From there, a gravel forest path leads uphill for approx. 14 km. Almost at the summit, you will pass the Wildkogelhaus on the left-hand side. Shortly before the mountain restaurant, the road turns right downhill towards the Rettenstein inn. 50 meters further on the right side you will reach the Jagahütte.

Diese exklusive Hütte befindet sich direkt an der Skipiste mitten in der Skiarena Wildkogel. Ski-in und Ski-out - direkt vor der Haustüre. Im Parterre genießen Sie die Annehmlichkeiten einer voll ausgestatteten Küche, sowie einem gemütlichen Wohn/Essbereich. Ein großes Badezimmer mit Doppelwaschbecken, Sauna und großer begehbarerer Dusche laden zum relaxen ein. Auf der Terrasse finden Sie ein HotTub sowie einen Schwimmteich. Die 3 Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss sind alle mit Kabel-TV ausgestattet und auch hier befindet sich ein weiteres Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC. Bitte beachten Sie, dass sich Ihre Unterkunft im Skigebiet befindet. Die An- und Abreise ist nur mit der Gondelbahn und mit Skipass möglich. Die Anreise erfolgt während der Betriebszeiten der Gondel (bis 16.00 Uhr), nach Betriebsschluss ist keine Anreise möglich. Nutzen Sie zur Anreise die Wildkogelbahn ab Neukirchen am Großvenediger, dort können Sie Ihr Auto für die Dauer Ihres Aufenthaltes kostenlos parken. Wenn Sie mit Ihrem Gepäck an der Bergstation ankommen, können Sie Ihre Taschen/Koffer entweder beim Liftpersonal abgeben und von uns mittels Skidoo transportieren lassen (nur außerhalb der Stoßzeiten von 9.00 Uhr bis 10.30 Uhr und von 15.00 bis 16.00Uhr möglich). Oder Sie transportieren das Gepäck selbst mit dem ca. 60 m entfernten Sessellift "Ganzeralm" nach unten zur Talstation, unser Haus befindet sich ca. 40 m oberhalb der Talstation des "Ganzeralm"-Sesselliftes. Im Sommer ist die Anreise mit dem Auto bis zur Hütte möglich. Wegbeschreibung: Navigation bis zum Bramberger Museum. Hier links abbiegen und von dort folge der asphaltierten Straße immer den bergauf bis zu einer Schranke (hier bitte Vermieter anrufen – er kann die Schranke via Telefon öffnen). Von dort führt ein geschotterter Forstweg ca. 14 km bergauf. Fast am Gipfel passierst du das Wildkogelhaus auf der linken Seite. Kurz vor dem Bergrestaurant führt die Straße rechts in den nach unten Richtung du Gasthof Rettenstein. 50Meter weiter auf der rechten Seite erreichen Sie die Jagahütte.

En la planta baja podrá disfrutar de las comodidades de una cocina totalmente equipada y una cómoda sala de estar / comedor. Un amplio baño con lavabo doble, sauna y ducha grande invita a relajarse. En la terraza encontrará una bañera de hidromasaje y un estanque para nadar. Los 3 dormitorios de la planta superior están todos equipados con TV por cable y también hay otro baño con ducha y WC. Tenga en cuenta que su alojamiento está situado en la zona de esquí. La llegada y salida sólo es posible en telecabina y con forfait. La llegada se realiza durante el horario de funcionamiento de la góndola (hasta las 16.00 horas); No es posible llegar después del cierre del teleférico. Veuillez noter que votre hébergement est situé dans le domaine skiable. L'arrivée et le départ sont uniquement possibles avec la télécabine et le forfait de ski. L'arrivée s'effectue pendant les heures d'ouverture de la télécabine (jusqu'à 16h00) ; l'arrivée est impossible après la fermeture. Al piano terra potrete usufruire dei comfort di una cucina completamente attrezzata e di una confortevole zona soggiorno/pranzo. Un ampio bagno con doppio lavabo, sauna e grande cabina doccia invita al relax. Sulla terrazza troverete una vasca idromassaggio e un laghetto balneabile. Le 3 camere da letto al piano superiore sono tutte dotate di TV via cavo e c'è anche un altro bagno con doccia e WC. Si prega di notare che il vostro alloggio si trova nella zona sciistica. L'arrivo e la partenza sono possibili solo in funivia e con lo skipass. L'arrivo è previsto durante gli orari di apertura della funivia (fino alle ore 16.00); l'arrivo non è possibile dopo la chiusura della funivia. Per arrivarci potete prendere la funivia Wildkogelbahn da Neukirchen am Großvenediger, dove potrete parcheggiare gratuitamente l'auto per tutta la durata del soggiorno. Una volta arrivati alla stazione a monte con i bagagli, potrete depositare i vostri bagagli/valigie al personale dell'impianto di risalita e farveli trasportare con lo Skidoo (possibile solo al di fuori delle ore di punta, dalle 9:00 alle 10:30 e dalle 15:00 alle 16:00). La nostra casa si trova a circa 40 m sopra la stazione a valle della seggiovia "Ganzeralm". D'estate è possibile raggiungere il rifugio in auto. Indicazioni: Navigazione verso il Museo Bramberger. Qui svoltare a sinistra e da lì seguire la strada asfaltata in salita fino a raggiungere una sbarra (si prega di contattare telefonicamente il proprietario, che può aprire la sbarra). Da lì, una strada forestale sterrata sale per circa 14 km. Quasi in cima si passa sulla sinistra il Wildkogelhaus. Poco prima del ristorante di montagna, la strada scende verso il Gasthof Rettenstein. Dopo 50 metri sulla destra si raggiunge il rifugio Jagahütte.

Een ruime badkamer met dubbele wastafel, sauna en grote inloopdouche nodigt u uit om te ontspannen. Op het terras vindt u een hottub en een zwemvijver. De 3 slaapkamers op de bovenverdieping zijn allemaal voorzien van kabel-tv en er is ook nog een badkamer met douche en toilet. Houd er rekening mee dat uw accommodatie zich in het skigebied bevindt. Aankomst en vertrek is alleen mogelijk met de gondellift en skipas. Aankomst vindt plaats tijdens de openingstijden van de gondel (tot 16:00 uur); aankomst na sluitingstijd is niet mogelijk. Gebruik de Wildkogelbahn vanuit Neukirchen am Großvenediger, waar u uw auto gratis kunt parkeren gedurende uw verblijf. Wanneer u met uw bagage bij het bergstation aankomt, kunt u uw tassen/koffers bij het liftpersoneel afgeven en ons deze per sneeuwscooter laten vervoeren (alleen mogelijk buiten de spitsuren van 9.00 tot 10.30 uur en van 15.00 tot 16.00 uur). Of u kunt uw bagage zelf met de stoeltjeslift "Ganzeralm" naar het dalstation brengen, die zich op ca. 60 m afstand bevindt; ons huis ligt ca. 40 m boven het dalstation van de stoeltjeslift "Ganzeralm". In de zomer is het mogelijk om de hut met de auto te bereiken. Routebeschrijving: Navigatie naar het Bramberg Museum. Hier linksaf slaan en vanaf daar de asfaltweg bergopwaarts volgen tot aan een slagboom (neem hier contact op met de verhuurder - hij kan de slagboom telefonisch openen). Vanaf daar loopt een grindpad door het bos ca. 14 km bergopwaarts. Bijna boven passeert u aan de linkerkant het Wildkogelhaus. Kort voor het bergrestaurant gaat de weg rechtsaf bergafwaarts richting Gasthof Rettenstein. 50 meter verderop aan de rechterkant bereikt u de Jagahütte.
