In the heart of the charming old cottage and villa area of Sandskogen, between Löddeköpinge and Barsebäckshamn, lies this fresh and modernly renovated cottage. Even though it’s only been a few minutes since leaving the E6 highway between Lund and Landskrona, you’ll immediately notice the calm and the sound of birds chirping from the surrounding pine forest. The cottage is located on a plot next to another cottage we also rent out (9774). This cottage, with the character of a mini-villa, features a large wooden deck perfect for barbecue dinners and enjoying sunsets. Beautiful bushes and plants decorate the exterior. Youth groups are not permitted! The cottage has been continuously renovated to a high modern standard (completed in 2025) and is furnished with a high-comfort double bed, a spacious dining area in the winter-insulated conservatory, and a living room with a small wood-burning stove. The kitchen is situated between the living room and the conservatory and is both tasteful and practical. The bathroom is of high quality and also spacious! From the cottage, it only takes a few minutes by bike or foot to reach the illuminated trail in Sandskogen’s recreational area, or to the nearby Lödde River for fishing or canoeing. You can cycle the 5 kilometers down to Barsebäckshamn by the sea for a swim or a fish lunch at the local harbor restaurant. Here you’ll also find a lovely shallow sandy beach, grassy areas, and a swimming pier next to Barsebäck's camping area. Just a stone’s throw away is one of southern Sweden’s finest golf courses, Barsebäck Golf & Country Club, with its 36 holes. If you want to explore the surroundings in western Skåne, you can visit the long sand dunes of Bjärred and Lomma, perfect for beach days, or the cultural city of Lund and Malmö a few miles further south. To the north lies the Järavallen nature reserve with beautiful beech forests, sheep pastures, and excellent barbecue areas by the Saxtorp lakes. The shopping center "Centrum Syd," with a wide selection of shops, grocery stores, and restaurants, is conveniently located just a few minutes from the cottage. GOOD TO KNOW: Electricity is included up to SEK 500. If the cost exceeds this amount, the owner will charge extra. Currently, there are still renovation materials on the back lawn; entering this area is at your own risk. The basement is private and must not be accessed. Corporate bookings with more than 2 people are not allowed for this cottage. Bring your own bed linens. Guests must clean the cottage before departure.

Mitten in der alten Ferienhaus- und Villenidylle am Wald Sandskogen, zwischen Löddeköpinge und Barsebäckshamn, liegt dieses ansprechend und modern renovierte Ferienhäuschen. Obwohl Sie erst vor wenigen Minuten von der E6 zwischen Lund und Landskrona abgefahren sind, werden Sie die Ruhe und das Vogelgezwitscher des umliegenden Kiefernwaldes sofort spüren. Das Ferienhaus befindet sich auf dem Grundstück neben einem weiteren vermieteten Ferienhaus (9774). Dieses Ferienhaus mit dem Charakter einer Mini-Villa verfügt über eine große Holzterrasse zum Grillen und Genießen der Sonnenuntergänge. Schöne Büsche und Pflanzen schmücken den Außenbereich. Jugendgruppen sind nicht erlaubt! Das Ferienhaus wird kontinuierlich modernisiert und verfügt über ein Doppelbett mit hohem Komfort, einen größeren Essbereich im winterisolierten Außenraum und ein Wohnzimmer mit einem kleinen Holzofen. Das Schlafzimmer ist klimatisiert. Die Küche befindet sich zwischen dem Wohnzimmer und dem Außenraum und ist geschmackvoll und praktisch eingerichtet. Das Badezimmer strahlt Qualität aus und ist ebenfalls geräumig! Vom Ferienhaus aus erreichen Sie in wenigen Minuten mit dem Rad oder zu Fuß den Lichtpfad im Erholungsgebiet Sandskogen oder den nahegelegenen Fluss Lödde Å zum Angeln oder Kanufahren. Radeln Sie die fünf Kilometer zum Meer nach Barsebäckshamn, um dort zu schwimmen oder im örtlichen Hafenrestaurant Fisch zu essen. Neben Barsebäcks Campingplatz gibt es einen schönen flachen Sandstrand, Rasenflächen und einen Badesteg. Nur einen Steinwurf entfernt liegt einer der renommiertesten Golfplätze Südschwedens mit 36 Löchern, der Barsebäcks Golf & Country Club. Wenn Sie die Umgebung im Westen Skånes erkunden möchten, laden die langen Sanddünen von Bjärred und Lomma zu herrlichen Badetagen ein. Die Kulturstädte Lund und Malmö liegen nur wenige Kilometer südlich. Im Norden liegt das Järavallens-Spaziergebiet mit wunderschönen Buchenwäldern, Schafweiden und gemütlichen Grillplätzen an den Seen von Saxtorpssjöarna. Das Einkaufszentrum Centrum Syd mit zahlreichen Geschäften, Supermärkten und Restaurants liegt nur wenige Minuten vom Ferienhaus entfernt. WICHTIG: Strom ist nur bis zu 500 SEK im Preis inbegriffen. Bei einem höheren Betrag als 500 SEK berechnet der Eigentümer einen Aufpreis. An der Rückseite (dem Rasen) befinden sich derzeit noch Reste von Renovierungsarbeiten. Das Betreten dieses Bereichs erfolgt daher auf eigene Gefahr. Der Keller ist privat und sollte nicht betreten werden. Firmenbuchungen mit mehr als 2 Personen sind nicht möglich. Bitte bringen Sie Ihre eigene Bettwäsche mit. Das Ferienhaus muss vor der Abreise vom Gast gereinigt werden.
En el corazón del encantador barrio de casas y villas antiguas de Sandskogen, entre Löddeköpinge y Barsebäckshamn, se encuentra esta acogedora casa rural, recientemente renovada. A pesar de estar a solo unos minutos de salir de la autopista E6 entre Lund y Landskrona, enseguida notará la tranquilidad y el canto de los pájaros del pinar circundante. La casa está ubicada en una parcela junto a otra que también alquilamos (9774). Con el encanto de una minivilla, cuenta con una amplia terraza de madera, ideal para barbacoas y disfrutar de las puestas de sol. Hermosos arbustos y plantas decoran el exterior. ¡No se admiten grupos de jóvenes! La casa ha sido renovada continuamente con un alto nivel de modernidad (finalizada en 2025) y está amueblada con una cama doble de gran confort, un espacioso comedor en el invernadero aislado para el invierno y una sala de estar con una pequeña estufa de leña. La cocina, situada entre la sala de estar y el invernadero, es elegante y práctica. El baño es de alta calidad y además espacioso.
Au cœur du charmant quartier de Sandskogen, entre Löddeköpinge et Barsebäckshamn, se trouve ce cottage fraîchement rénové avec goût. À quelques minutes seulement de l'autoroute E6 entre Lund et Landskrona, vous serez immédiatement séduit par le calme et le chant des oiseaux dans la pinède environnante. Le cottage est situé sur une parcelle voisine d'un autre cottage que nous proposons également à la location (n° 9774). Ce cottage, au caractère de mini-villa, dispose d'une grande terrasse en bois, idéale pour les barbecues et pour admirer les couchers de soleil. De jolis arbustes et plantes ornent l'extérieur. Les groupes de jeunes ne sont pas admis. Le cottage a été rénové en continu avec des prestations modernes de haute qualité (travaux achevés en 2025). Il est meublé d'un lit double très confortable, d'un coin repas spacieux dans la véranda isolée pour l'hiver, et d'un salon avec un petit poêle à bois. La cuisine, située entre le salon et la véranda, est à la fois fonctionnelle et de bon goût. La salle de bain est de grande qualité et spacieuse !
Nel cuore dell'affascinante zona di Sandskogen, ricca di antichi cottage e ville, tra Löddeköpinge e Barsebäckshamn, si trova questo cottage fresco e modernamente ristrutturato. Anche se sono passati solo pochi minuti dall'uscita dell'autostrada E6 tra Lund e Landskrona, noterete immediatamente la tranquillità e il cinguettio degli uccelli provenienti dalla pineta circostante. Il cottage si trova su un terreno adiacente a un altro cottage che affittiamo (9774). Questo cottage, con il carattere di una mini-villetta, dispone di un'ampia terrazza in legno perfetta per grigliate e per godersi il tramonto. Bellissimi cespugli e piante decorano l'esterno. Non sono ammessi gruppi di giovani! Il cottage è stato costantemente ristrutturato secondo standard moderni (completato nel 2025) ed è arredato con un letto matrimoniale estremamente confortevole, un'ampia zona pranzo nella veranda isolata per l'inverno e un soggiorno con una piccola stufa a legna. La cucina si trova tra il soggiorno e la veranda ed è allo stesso tempo elegante e pratica. Il bagno è di alta qualità e anche spazioso!
In het hart van de charmante oude cottage- en villawijk Sandskogen, tussen Löddeköpinge en Barsebäckshamn, ligt dit frisse en modern gerenoveerde huisje. Hoewel u nog maar een paar minuten van de E6 tussen Lund en Landskrona bent, merkt u direct de rust en het gefluit van vogels in het omringende dennenbos. Het huisje staat op een perceel naast een ander huisje dat we ook verhuren (9774). Dit huisje, met het karakter van een minivilla, beschikt over een groot houten terras, perfect voor barbecuediners en zonsondergangen. Prachtige struiken en planten sieren de buitenkant. Jeugdgroepen zijn niet toegestaan! Het huisje is continu gerenoveerd tot een hoge moderne standaard (opgeleverd in 2025) en is ingericht met een comfortabel tweepersoonsbed, een ruime eethoek in de wintergeïsoleerde serre en een woonkamer met een kleine houtkachel. De keuken bevindt zich tussen de woonkamer en de serre en is zowel smaakvol als praktisch. De badkamer is van hoge kwaliteit en bovendien ruim!
W sercu urokliwej, starej dzielnicy domków i willi Sandskogen, pomiędzy Löddeköpinge a Barsebäckshamn, znajduje się ten świeżo wyremontowany, nowoczesny domek. Mimo że minął zaledwie kilka minut od zjazdu z autostrady E6 między Lund a Landskroną, od razu poczujesz spokój i śpiew ptaków dobiegający z otaczającego lasu sosnowego. Domek znajduje się na działce obok innego domku, który również wynajmujemy (9774). Ten domek, o charakterze mini-willi, posiada duży, drewniany taras, idealny na grillowane kolacje i podziwianie zachodów słońca. Piękne krzewy i rośliny zdobią elewację. Grupy młodzieżowe nie są akceptowane! Domek był regularnie remontowany w wysokim, nowoczesnym standardzie (zakończony w 2025 roku) i wyposażony w bardzo wygodne łóżko podwójne, przestronną jadalnię w ocieplonej oranżerii oraz salon z małym piecem opalanym drewnem. Kuchnia znajduje się pomiędzy salonem a oranżerią i jest zarówno gustowna, jak i praktyczna. Łazienka jest wysokiej jakości i przestronna!
