The family apartment is located within a large farmhouse in Pontecchio Polesine and just 2 km from the river Po with a one-hectare park full of fruit trees, swimming pool, tennis court, ample free parking. In an hour's drive you can reach Venice and numerous art cities such as Vicenza, Padua, Verona, Mantua and Ferrara. In less than an hour by car you will be on the beaches of the Po Delta and the Adriatic. Instead the beautiful Florence, Ferrara, Padua, Venice and Bologna are easily reachable by train from the Rovigo station. On the property there are other holiday apartments and the owner's home. There is a fenced park of about 10,000 square meters with numerous fruit trees for our guests. The swimming pool with sun loungers and the tennis court are free. With a 3 km walk along the cycle path you can reach the river Po. Cars must be parked in the large fenced parking area at the back of the apartment. You will be equipped with a remote control to activate the air conditioning system. Given the high electricity consumption, please turn it on only in case of very high temperatures and turn it off before leaving the house. Sometimes parties and weddings are organized, especially on weekends.

Die Familienwohnung befindet sich auf einem Agriturismo in Pontecchio Polesine mit einem ein Hektar großen Park voller Obstbäume, Swimmingpool, Tennisplatz und ausreichend kostenlosen Parkplätzen und nur 2 km vom Fluss Po entfernt. In einer Autostunde erreichen Sie Venedig und zahlreiche Kunststädte wie Vicenza, Padua, Verona, Mantua und Ferrara. In weniger als einer Autostunde sind Sie an den Stränden des Podeltas und der Adria. Die schönen Städte Florenz, Ferrara, Padua, Venedig und Bologna sind vom Bahnhof Rovigo aus bequem mit dem Zug zu erreichen. Auf dem Grundstück befinden sich weitere Ferienwohnungen und das Haus des Eigentümers. Den Gästen steht ein eingezäunter Park von ca. 10.000 m². Auf einem 3 km langen Radwegs erreichen Sie ganz schnell auch den Po. Autos können auf dem großen eingezäunten Parkplatz hinter der Wohnung abgestellt werden. Für die Bedienung der Klimaanlage erhalten Sie eine Fernbedienung, allerdings wird aufgrund des hohen Stromverbrauchs gebeten, diese nur bei sehr hohen Temperaturen einzuschalten und vor Verlassen des Hauses auszuschalten. Hin und wieder werden Partys und Hochzeiten organisiert, insbesondere am Wochenende.

En une heure de route, vous pourrez rejoindre Venise et de nombreuses villes d'art telles que Vicence, Padoue, Vérone, Mantoue et Ferrare. En moins d'une heure en voiture, vous serez sur les plages du delta du Pô et de l'Adriatique. Au lieu de cela, les belles Florence, Ferrare, Padoue, Venise et Bologne sont facilement accessibles en train depuis la gare de Rovigo. Het familie-appartement is gelegen in een grote boerderij in Pontecchio Polesine en op slechts 2 km van de rivier de Po met een park van een hectare vol fruitbomen, een zwembad, een tennisbaan en voldoende gratis parkeergelegenheid. In een uur rijden bereikt u Venetië en tal van kunststeden zoals Vicenza, Padua, Verona, Mantua en Ferrara. In minder dan een uur met de auto bent u op de stranden van de Po-delta en de Adriatische Zee. In plaats daarvan zijn het prachtige Florence, Ferrara, Padua, Venetië en Bologna gemakkelijk bereikbaar met de trein vanaf het station van Rovigo. Op het terrein bevinden zich nog andere vakantieappartementen en het huis van de eigenaar. Er is een omheind park van ongeveer 10.000 vierkante meter met tal van fruitbomen voor onze gasten. Soms worden er feesten en bruiloften georganiseerd, vooral in het weekend.

W niecałą godzinę jazdy samochodem znajdziesz się na plażach Delty Padu i Adriatyku. Czasami organizowane są przyjęcia i wesela, zwłaszcza w weekendy.

L’appartamento per famiglie si trova all'interno di un ampio agriturismo a Pontecchio Polesine e a solo 2 km dal fiume Po con parco di un ettaro ricco di alberi da frutto, piscina, campo da tennis, ampio parcheggio gratuito. In un'ora di auto potrete raggiungere Venezia e numerose città d'arte come Vicenza, Padova, Verona, Mantova e Ferrara. In meno di un'ora di auto sarete sulle spiagge del Delta del Po e dell’Adriatico. Invece le bellissime Firenze, Ferrara, Padova, Venezia e Bologna sono comodamente raggiungibili in treno dalla stazione di Rovigo. Nella proprietà vi si trovano altri appartamenti vacanze e l’abitazione del proprietario. A disposizione un parco recintato di circa 10.000 mq con numerosi alberi da frutto per i nostri ospiti. La piscina con i lettini da sole e il campo da tennis sono gratis. Con una passeggiata di 3 km lungo la pista ciclabile si raggiunge il fiume Po. Le auto vanno parcheggiate nell'ampio parcheggio recintato sul retro dell'appartamento. Sarete dotati di telecomando per attivare l'impianto per l'aria condizionata. Visti gli alti consumi elettrici si prega di accenderlo solo in caso di temperature molto elevate e di spegnerlo prima di uscire dall'abitazione. A volte vengono organizzate feste e matrimoni, soprattutto nei week-end.
