A home away from home! You'll experience this at the "Eggergütl." Located at 1,000 meters above sea level on a south-facing slope, it offers breathtaking views of the impressive mountains of the Berchtesgaden region. Enjoy complete privacy, as you have the entire house and garden to yourself. What could be better than relaxing in a deck chair on the balcony or one of the two terraces? A wood-burning stove adds to the cozy atmosphere. A special feature is the bedroom with its large panoramic window and the bathtub with a view. We completely renovated the front part of the Eggergütl holiday home – dating back to 1880 – in 2017/2018 with great dedication and the help of many family and friends. However, we didn't want to completely forget the original character. Each room contains a piece of furniture that was already in the original house. For the interior furnishings and flooring, we used local woods (larch, spruce, and ash) because a healthy living environment was important to us. All new furniture is high-quality, handcrafted carpentry. "Barefoot House"—natural, high-quality larch wood floors were important to us. We would be delighted if you would remove your shoes in the entrance area. This way, the house remains a welcoming and comfortable home for you and future guests.

Daheim in den Ferien! Das bekommen Sie im "Eggergütl" zu spüren. Es liegt auf 1.000 m an einem Südhang - mit herrlichem Blick auf die beeindruckenden Berge des Berchtesgadener Lands. Sie genießen absolute Privatsphäre, denn Sie haben das ganze Haus und den Garten für sich. Was gibt es Schöneres, als im Liegestuhl - auf Balkon und 2 Terrassen - richtig zu entspannen. Für Behaglichkeit sorgt außerdem ein Kaminofen. Eine Besonderheit ist das Schlafzimmer mit großem Panoramafenster und die Badewanne mit Ausblick. Den vorderen Teil des Ferienhauses Eggergütl – aus dem Jahre 1880 – haben wir mit viel Herzblut und vielen Helfern aus der Familie und dem Freundeskreis 2017/2018 komplett saniert. Trotzdem wollten wir "das Alte" nicht ganz vergessen. In jedem Raum befindet sich ein Möbelstück, das auch im alten Haus schon gestanden ist. Bei der Inneneinrichtung und den Böden haben wir auf heimische Hölzer (Lärche, Fichte und Esche) gesetzt, denn ein gesundes Wohnklima war uns wichtig. Alle neuen Möbel sind hochwertige Schreinerarbeiten. "Barfußhaus"- natürliche hochwertige Holzböden aus heimischer Lärche waren uns wichtig. Wir freuen uns, wenn Sie die Schuhe im Eingangsbereich ausziehen. So ist und bleibt das Haus ein Wohlfühlhaus für Sie und kommende Gäste.

Ubicada a 1000 metros sobre el nivel del mar en una ladera orientada al sur, ofrece vistas impresionantes de las majestuosas montañas de la región de Berchtesgaden. Disfruta de total privacidad, ya que tendrás toda la casa y el jardín para ti solo. ¿Qué mejor que relajarse en una tumbona en el balcón o en una de las dos terrazas? Una estufa de leña contribuye a crear un ambiente acogedor. Un detalle especial es el dormitorio con su gran ventanal panorámico y la bañera con vistas. Renovamos por completo la parte frontal de la casa de vacaciones Eggergütl, que data de 1880, en 2017/2018 con gran dedicación y la ayuda de muchos familiares y amigos. Sin embargo, no quisimos perder por completo su carácter original. Cada habitación conserva un mueble que ya estaba en la casa original. Para el mobiliario y los suelos, utilizamos maderas locales (alerce, abeto y fresno), ya que un entorno saludable era importante para nosotros. Todos los muebles nuevos son de alta calidad, elaborados artesanalmente. En "Barefoot House" (Casa para Caminar Descalzo), los suelos de madera de alerce natural de alta calidad eran muy importantes para nosotros. Les agradeceríamos que se quitaran los zapatos en la entrada. De esta manera, la casa seguirá siendo un hogar acogedor y confortable para ustedes y sus futuros invitados.

Située à 1 000 mètres d'altitude sur un versant exposé plein sud, elle offre une vue imprenable sur les majestueuses montagnes de la région de Berchtesgaden. Profitez d'une intimité totale, puisque la maison et le jardin sont entièrement à votre disposition. Imaginez-vous vous détendre sur un transat, sur le balcon ou l'une des deux terrasses. Un poêle à bois contribue à l'atmosphère chaleureuse. La chambre, avec sa grande baie vitrée panoramique et sa baignoire offrant une vue imprenable, est un véritable atout. Nous avons entièrement rénové la partie avant de la maison de vacances Eggergütl – datant de 1880 – en 2017/2018 avec passion et grâce à l'aide précieuse de nos proches. Nous avons toutefois tenu à préserver son charme d'antan. Chaque pièce conserve un meuble d'origine. Pour l'ameublement et les sols, nous avons privilégié les essences de bois locales (mélèze, épicéa et frêne), car un environnement sain était primordial pour nous. Tout le mobilier neuf est réalisé artisanalement avec des menuiseries de grande qualité. « Maison Pieds Nus » : le parquet en mélèze naturel de haute qualité était primordial pour nous. Nous vous serions reconnaissants de bien vouloir retirer vos chaussures à l’entrée. Ainsi, la maison restera un lieu accueillant et confortable pour vous et vos futurs hôtes.
Una casa lontano da casa! Questa è l'esperienza che vivrete all'"Eggergütl". Situata a 1.000 metri sul livello del mare, su un pendio esposto a sud, offre viste mozzafiato sulle imponenti montagne della regione di Berchtesgaden. Godetevi la massima privacy, poiché avrete a disposizione l'intera casa e il giardino. Cosa c'è di meglio che rilassarsi su una sdraio sul balcone o su una delle due terrazze? Una stufa a legna contribuisce a creare un'atmosfera accogliente. Un elemento distintivo è la camera da letto con la sua grande finestra panoramica e la vasca da bagno con vista. Abbiamo completamente ristrutturato la parte anteriore della casa vacanze Eggergütl, risalente al 1880, nel 2017/2018 con grande dedizione e con l'aiuto di molti familiari e amici. Tuttavia, non volevamo dimenticare completamente il carattere originale. Ogni stanza conserva un mobile già presente nella casa originale. Per gli arredi interni e i pavimenti, abbiamo utilizzato legni locali (larice, abete rosso e frassino) perché per noi era importante creare un ambiente di vita sano. Tutti i nuovi mobili sono di alta qualità, realizzati artigianalmente in legno massello. Per noi era fondamentale la "Casa a Piedi Nudi" – i pavimenti in legno di larice naturale e di alta qualità. Vi saremmo grati se voleste togliervi le scarpe nell'ingresso. In questo modo, la casa rimarrà un ambiente accogliente e confortevole per voi e per i vostri futuri ospiti.

Gelegen op 1000 meter boven zeeniveau op een helling op het zuiden, biedt het een adembenemend uitzicht op de indrukwekkende bergen van de regio Berchtesgaden. Geniet van volledige privacy, want u heeft het hele huis en de tuin voor uzelf. Wat is er fijner dan ontspannen in een ligstoel op het balkon of een van de twee terrassen? Een houtkachel draagt bij aan de gezellige sfeer. Bijzonder is de slaapkamer met het grote panoramische raam en het bad met uitzicht. We hebben het voorste gedeelte van vakantiehuis Eggergütl – daterend uit 1880 – in 2017/2018 met veel toewijding en de hulp van vele familie en vrienden volledig gerenoveerd. We wilden echter het oorspronkelijke karakter niet helemaal vergeten. Elke kamer bevat een meubelstuk dat al in het originele huis stond. Voor de interieurinrichting en vloeren hebben we lokaal hout gebruikt (lariks, spar en es), omdat een gezonde leefomgeving voor ons belangrijk was. Alle nieuwe meubels zijn van hoge kwaliteit en met de hand vervaardigd. "Barefoot House"—natuurlijke, hoogwaardige vloeren van larikshout waren belangrijk voor ons. We zouden het zeer op prijs stellen als u uw schoenen in de hal zou willen uittrekken. Zo blijft het huis een gastvrije en comfortabele plek voor u en uw toekomstige gasten.

Położony na wysokości 1000 metrów nad poziomem morza, na południowym zboczu, oferuje zapierające dech w piersiach widoki na imponujące góry regionu Berchtesgaden. Ciesz się pełną prywatnością, ponieważ cały dom i ogród masz tylko dla siebie. Co może być lepszego niż relaks na leżaku na balkonie lub jednym z dwóch tarasów? Kominek opalany drewnem dodaje przytulnej atmosfery. Szczególnym atutem jest sypialnia z dużym panoramicznym oknem i wanną z widokiem. W latach 2017/2018, z wielkim zaangażowaniem i pomocą wielu członków rodziny i przyjaciół, przeprowadziliśmy gruntowny remont frontowej części domu wakacyjnego Eggergütl – pochodzącego z 1880 roku – w latach 2017/2018. Nie chcieliśmy jednak całkowicie zapomnieć o jego pierwotnym charakterze. W każdym pokoju znajduje się mebel, który już znajdował się w oryginalnym domu. Do wykończenia wnętrz i podłóg użyliśmy lokalnego drewna (modrzewia, świerku i jesionu), ponieważ zdrowe środowisko życia było dla nas ważne. Wszystkie nowe meble to wysokiej jakości, ręcznie wykonane meble stolarskie. „Dom na Bosaka” – naturalne, wysokiej jakości podłogi z drewna modrzewiowego były dla nas bardzo ważne. Z przyjemnością poprosimy Państwa o zdjęcie butów w strefie wejściowej. Dzięki temu dom pozostaje gościnny i komfortowy dla Państwa i przyszłych gości.
