Es steht auf einem komplett eingezäunten eigenen Grundstück (600 m2) mit Nussbaumgarten, der ideal für Haustiere ist. Das Haus hat eine schöne Veranda mit Sitzgelegenheiten und eine große Terrasse, auf der Sie essen können. Von der Terrasse gelangen Sie zu einem Anbau mit einem gemauerten Grill und einem Spülbecken. Die Terrasse ist abends beleuchtet. Die Villa liegt südöstlich von Siena (30 km entfernt) und ist eine gute Ausgangsbasis für Ausflüge zur Abbazia di San Galgano oder zu den Städten San Gimigniano, Volterra, Castello di Montereggioni und natürlich nach Florenz. Die Strände der tyrrhenischen Küste (Follonica, Punta Ala) erreichen Sie mit dem Auto in einer Stunde.
Maison de vacances charmante située à la campagne sur un petit terrain à 3 km du village moyenâgeux de Chiusdino, dans la province de Sienne en Toscane.
