Questa bella villa con piscina privata sorge nella stupenda isola di Brazza, nel paesino di Mirca. La spiaggia dista appena 50 m! L'isola di Brazza è raggiungibile con il traghetto dalla città di Spalato (terraferma). Il porto d'arrivo è a San Pietro della Brazza, una bella cittadina a 3,5 km dalla casa vacanze. Tutt'attorno al porto di San Pietro della Brazza ci sono ottimi ristoranti, bar e diversi negozi. Da Villa Mirca, con una passeggiatina di mezz'oretta, potrai raggiungere San Pietro della Brazza. Con l'auto puoi esplorare l'isola con le sue belle baie, pittoreschi paesini e la bellissima natura! Vale anche la pena visitare il vecchio centro di Spalato con i resti di epoca romana o per fare shopping. Dalla tua villa, un sentiero ti porta lungo un piccolo vigneto e un giardino verso il chiaro mare Adriatico. Sul fronte della villa disponi di una terrazza con vista sul mare e una piscina infinity riscaldata dalla fine di aprile a metà ottobre. Hier vindt u een haven met rondom leuke restaurantjes, cafés en een aantal winkeltjes. Een wandeling naar Supetar vanuit Villa Mirca duurt ongeveer 30 minuten. Per auto kunt u het eiland verkennen met haar mooie baaitjes, schilderachtige dorpjes en prachtige natuur! Maar ook het oude centrum van Split is de moeite waard met restanten uit de Romeinse tijd, of om te winkelen. Vanuit uw villa leidt het tuinpad u langs een kleine wijngaard en een moestuin naar de heldere Adriatische zee.
