This spacious and luxurious detached wellness villa with private swimming pool is located in the nature-rich holiday park Resort Arcen. It's close to the border with Germany and surrounded by De Maasduinen National Park, yet it's only 16 kilometres away from the city of Venlo. The fully and comfortably furnished villa has three floors. In the basement, you'll find the wellness facilities. You'll lack for nothing here. There's a swimming pool (28 °C), a combi-sauna (both traditional and infrared), a sun shower and relaxation chairs. Here you can relax and enjoy your well-deserved holiday. There's also a washing machine and dryer, a kitchenette and a toilet. On the ground floor, there's a spacious living room with a television. The open kitchen includes a combi-microwave oven and a dishwasher. There are also two double bedrooms. On the first floor, there are two more double bedrooms and a roof terrace. All bedrooms contain a television and an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet. The beds are single box-spring beds, which might be in a double set-up. You will have a garden with terrace and garden furniture at your disposal. There's also a sheltered sitting area with a hot tub (37 °C). In the summer, you can use this until 9:00 pm and, in the winter, until 8:00 pm. There is parking for two cars at the villa. Various chalets and villas can be booked at the Resort Arcen holiday park that accommodate four to twenty people.

Cette villa bien-être spacieuse, luxueuse et indépendante avec piscine privée est située dans le parc de vacances en pleine nature Resort Arcen. Proche de la frontière avec l'Allemagne, entouré par le parc national De Maasduinen et pourtant à 16 km seulement de la ville de Venlo. La villa est entièrement et confortablement meublée et couvre trois étages. Le sous-sol abrite des installations de bien-être. Vous ne manquerez d'absolument rien. Il y a une piscine (28 degrés), un sauna combiné (traditionnel et infrarouge), une douche solaire et des chaises de relaxation. Vous pourrez vous y détendre complètement et profiter de vos vacances bien méritées. Vous disposez aussi d'une machine à laver et d'un sèche-linge, d'une kitchenette et d'un WC. Au rez-de-chaussée se trouve un living spacieux avec une télévision. La cuisine ouverte est équipée d'un four micro-ondes combiné et d'un lave-vaisselle. Il y a également deux chambres a coucher doubles. Au premier étage, vous avez deux autres chambres à coucher doubles et une terrasse sur le toit. Toutes les chambres à coucher disposent d'une télévision et d'une salle de bains attenante avec douche et toilettes. Im Untergeschoss finden Sie die Wellnesseinrichtungen. Hier mangelt es Ihnen an nichts. Es gibt ein Schwimmbad (mit einer Wassertemperatur von 28 Grad), eine Kombisauna (traditionell und Infrarot), eine Sonnendusche und Entspannungsstühle. Hier können Sie sich entspannen und Ihren wohlverdienten Urlaub genießen. Es gibt auch eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner, eine Küchenzeile und ein WC. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit einem Fernseher. Die offene Küche ist mit einer Kombi-Mikrowelle und einem Geschirrspüler ausgestattet.
