The apartment is modernly furnished and has a large living room with a sofa bed, an open fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms (one with 2 bunk beds), 2 spacious bathrooms and a washing machine. Two parking spaces are reserved for you in the garage. The holiday complex has a ski storage room with a ski boot warmer (shared with other guests) and 2 charging stations for electric vehicles. The free ski bus also starts from there, so in just a few minutes you can be in the wonderful Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm - Leogang - Fieberbrunn ski area with 270 kilometers of slopes and 70 modern cable cars. In summer there are many opportunities for hiking and mountain biking. The downhill track in the World Cup village of Leogang is literally around the corner. The Käpt"n Hook adventure pool in Saalbach-Hinterglemm offers lots of swimming fun in summer, and you can also be at Lake Zell in Zell am See in just 20 minutes.
