A furnished garden is in place for you to soak up all the winter sun while sipping a cup of coffee. You are also offered play equipment, high chair and childrens beds, if you are travelling with your kids. You can plan a friendly match with your loved ones as a table tennis table and table football are also available on the premises. 3 pets are allowed on the property for a reasonable charge. This house is not rented to youth groups. Organizing student parties, bachelor parties and drinking parties in this house is prohibited. Amplified music (such as a DJ or band) is not allowed. Quiet area: amplified music is not allowed and it must be quiet outside after 11:00 PM.

El comedor tiene hermosas y altas ventanas con una maravillosa vista y una larga mesa. Las 6 habitaciones están amuebladas de forma muy atractiva. Landgoed de Gun es muy recomendable para una reunión familiar o de amigos. El paisaje aquí se caracteriza por el río Maas, que fluye no muy lejos de la casa de vacaciones. Los alrededores son perfectos para hacer paseos y excursiones en bicicleta. La zona fronteriza de Venlo también merece una parada. Hermosos lugares de picnic y zonas de deportes acuáticos como el Maasplassen garantizan un maravilloso día al aire libre. En el granero hay una mesa de ping-pong y un futbolín. Esta casa no se alquila a grupos de jóvenes. Se prohíbe la organización de fiestas de estudiantes, despedidas de soltero y fiestas para beber en esta casa. No se permite la música amplificada (como un DJ o una banda).

Landgoed de Gun ist sehr empfehlenswert für ein Familien- oder Freundestreffen. Die Landschaft wird hier von der Maas geprägt, die nicht weit vom Ferienhaus entfernt fließt. Die Umgebung ist ideal für Wanderungen und Radtouren. Auch das Grenzgebiet um Venlo ist einen Abstecher wert. Schöne Picknickplätze und Wassersportgebiete wie die Maasplassen garantieren einen herrlichen Tag an der frischen Luft. In der Scheune gibt es eine Tischtennisplatte und einen Tischfußball. Dieses Haus wird nicht an Gruppen von Jugendlichen vermietet. Die Veranstaltung von Studentenpartys, Junggesellenabschieden und Trinkgelagen in diesem Haus ist verboten.
