Au rez-de-chaussez vous trouverez un coin salon et salle à manger donnant sur le jardin, une cuisine refaite à neuf parfaitement équipée (four, lave vaisselle, micro-ondes, plaques de cuisson, réfrigérateur...) ainsi que un accès à une buanderie partagée avec le propriétaire (lave-linge, sèche-linge, fer à repasser, WC...). Au premier étage se situent les deux chambres, avec chacune son lit double (140 cm et 160 cm) et sa télévision écran plat. La salle de bain est équipée quant à elle d'une douche à l'italienne, d'un lavabo et d'un WC. Le logement se trouve dans un environnement très calme et proche de toutes commodités.
