Immediately to the left of the house entrance is the self-service laundromat, which is open every day. Open from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. To the right of the house entrance is the REWE store, which is open Monday to Saturday from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. There is also a very nice bar that offers delicious cocktails and also has great Thai cuisine. U3 stop Kaulbachplatz is only 150 meters away on foot. With this you can be at the main train station in 5 minutes, at the exhibition center in 20 minutes and at the airport in 25 minutes. Friedrich-Ebert-Platz is 300 meters from the apartment. There are great restaurants here (including my favorite Greek, the Platnersanlage), a dm market, net, pharmacy, Der Beck, coffee house, etc. ... Klinikum Nord is also in the immediate vicinity and only a 10-15 minute walk away. E-scooters are available almost on every corner and VAG bicycles can also be rented. I think that's great !!
