Einige der Möbel, die auf den Bildern zu sehen sind, sind bereits seit einigen Jahren in Gebrauch und werden noch durch neue ersetzt (z.B. Sofa, Esstisch + Stühle). Zahlreiche Restaurants, Bars und Supermärkte sind in weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die S-Bahn Barmbek erreichen Sie in weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Zum Flughafen sind es ca. 15 Minuten per Bahn oder Auto. Den Stadtpark, die grüne Lunge Hamburgs, erreichen Sie in 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es direkt in der Schwalbenstraße, wo sich auch ein Kinderspielplatz befindet. In der Miete enthalten sind die Nebenkosten als Pauschale, eine DSL/WLAN Flat und der Rundfunkbeitrag. Bei einer Anmietung ab drei Personen erhöht sich die monatliche Miete um jeweils 150,00 EUR. There are two bedrooms, one is used for the access to the terasse at the same time, a very large living room with an open kitchen as well bathroom and a guest toilet. Some of the furnitures that can be seen on the pictures like the sofa, dining table + chairs have been used for some time and will be replaced by new ones before your arrival. A large number of restaurants, bars and supermarkets are located very close (below 5 min walking). The S-Bahn station Barmbek (3rd larges station in Hamburg) can be reached in below 10 min walking. The airport can be easily reached within approx. 15 min by train or car.. The Stadtpark (largest park of Hamburg) can be reached quickly (15 min walking or 5 min by bike). Parking spots can usually be found directly in the Schwalbenstraße. There is a kids playground as well. The rent includes all extra charges incl. WLAN flat. For a rental of more than 3 persons there will be an extra charge of EUR 150,00 per month and person. There is a possibility to book a bi-weekly cleaning services (EUR 100,00/month).
