Bei dem Garten handelt es sich um einen Gemeinschaftsgarten der nahezu NIE von anderen Hausbewohnern genutzt wird. Somit wird er quasi zu einem privaten Garten, der höchstens von der Nachbarwohnung genutzt wird, die ebenfalls direkten Zugriff durch die Wohnung zu dem Garten hat (wie man selbst). Im Frühjahr, Sommer und Herbst ist es einfach purer Luxus, mitten in der Kölner Innenstadt das Privileg zu haben, in seinem Garten zu sitzen und schöne Tage oder Abend zu verbringen. Lange Sommernächte bei einem schönen Glas Wein zu erleben, und des Tages Revue passieren zu lassen. Durch die West-Lage scheint die Sonne den ganzen Tag in den Garten. Die Wohnung ist komplett eingerichtet. Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Küchenutensilien, Kaffeemaschine, Putzmittel u.s.w. – alles ist da. Bei Bedarf gibt es gegen Zuzahlung, einen Putz- und Wäscheservice. Heizung, Strom und Internet inkl.! Das Bett im Schlafzimmer ist 140 cm breit.
