We live in a shared flat with 4 guys from the startup / tech space in Berlin (all in their 20s-30s). Our apartment is in the heart of PBerg, right in front of the Eberswalder metro station / junction, and 5min walk from Mauerpark. The apartment is new, with excellent sound insulation (quadruple glazed), and high-speed Wifi. The room is fully furnished, and comes with shelf, working desk and chair, double-bed, and a large TV. We also have a small cellar compartment where you can store things. The room is comfortably warm or very well insulated in winter. In summer, it's also pleasant because the room is not directly under the roof (our living room is one floor above). We use the large 80 sqm living room upstairs for joint work sometimes, like a co-working space. Unsere Wohnung ist im Herzen von PBerg, direkt vor der Eberswalder U-Bahn-Station / Kreuzung, und 5min zu Fuß von Mauerpark. Die Wohnung ist neu, mit ausgezeichneter Schalldämmung (Vierfachverglasung), und High-Speed-Wifi. Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert und verfügt über ein Regal, einen Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, ein Doppelbett und einen großen Fernseher. Wir haben auch ein kleines Kellerabteil, in dem Sie Dinge aufbewahren können. Das Zimmer ist im Winter angenehm warm oder sehr gut isoliert. Im Sommer ist es auch angenehm, weil das Zimmer nicht direkt unter dem Dach liegt (unser Wohnzimmer ist ein Stockwerk höher).
